Week 1 Blog
In the first week, the essential motive is to develop learning about a significant aspect of the
design thinking process and to learn how design thinking process is playing an important role for
managers (Glen, et. al., 2014). This week will help in developing knowledge of students in
relation to analysing design thinking process and how this tool is helpful for the managers. The
first week includes learning of visualization technique which helps in taking effective decision-
making process at the initial stages of an organization (Glen, et. al., 2014). Visualization is the
essential tool which includes various thinking approaches which help managers in developing an
effective design. The term design thinking process help in developing understanding and
managing skills of managers through which they can manage and operate operational activities
of the organisation in an effective manner. The learning and development approach will help in
accessing and understanding the aspects of design thinking in an effective manner (Glen, et. al.,
2014). Thus, this week will help in learning aspects of design thinking and visualisation
techniques.
