Thoughts and Feelings DURING the activity:
Workshop 2 was a one step ahead in explanation of the design process. I reviewed the YouTube
video links and the design process that was showcased in the workshop closely. I found that if an
individual is able to follow the process in an effective manner, a great visualization can definitely
be achieved and added to the PPTs with ease. There were a large number of design thinking
processes by different authors and researchers that were specified in the workshop.
Thoughts and Feelings AFTER the activity:
The poster designing tips and samples took me up by surprise. I had little knowledge about the
capability of this software to assist me in the development of such beautiful visualizations. The
workshop actually inspired me to experiment with the varied tools to design an effective poster
that would not only share the information but also capture the interest of the onlooker.
What can you learn from this activity?
It made me extremely curious to gain knowledge about the different processes of visualization
and compare them to know about the primary differences between them.
What can you do to develop yourself further in the context of this activity?
I can work harder with self-assessment, training and research to know about the best ways I can
use visualization in a more comprehensive manner.
