Project scope
The main aim of the project is to design a supermarket management system that will be
able to provide better support towards the activities performed within the supermarket. The
problems that are faced within the supermarket are plenty and thus it becomes essential to
understand each component effectively. Supermarket management system is one of the essential
management system that has the potential to meet the needs the customers. It has been expected
that the supermarket management system will be able to manage the information related to each
stock and purchase that is taking place within the market. The main aim behind designing the
supermarket management system is to ensure that the billing and transactions process have been
carried out successfully. Each products have been entered within the system so that it becomes
easy to manage the performance. The supermarket management system has the potential to
manage the sales activity and will ensure that proper monitoring is done on the supermarket
system. Supermarket management system will ensure that the data related to each login and
payments have been stored effectively. With the implementation of supermarket management
system the reliability and flexibility of the system will increase. This will enhance the services
offered towards the customers and the supermarket authorities. The advanced system will be
able to meet the needs of the customer and will enhance the system. This will provide better way
of functioning the activities and will ensure that the time has been consumed for carrying out the
project.
