INTRODUCTION
Global events refers to the events that are occurred in a limited time in he global reach, in
this there is the requirement of the public investment and affect the population and environment,
it states that it is the event organising for the people of different area, there are various events are
conduct to attract the media attention and support from the individuals to make the event
successful, there are many events are covered in this are sports events which include Olympic
games and FIFA Soccer world cup. This report is based on the London's Excel Exhibition
Centre. This include the diversity of the global events industry and the factors that influenced its
development(Caudwell, 2018). The value, legacy and impacts of the events on the environment
in which they operate to support responsible event development. The impacts of the macro
environment on the global events industry and influence on organizational behaviour. They also
states specific criteria for the successful of all events.
MAIN BODY
Diversity in the events and types of the events which is used to happen in the society
Diversity in the events industry is occur due to many reasons and it is remove by making
effective event strategies, the society and event audience increasingly in the global events.
Individuals look at event brochures, speakers and breakout facilities. There are many reasons of
missing diversity in the event industries.
ï‚· Conference planning committees- Planning committees is not diverse in the spots,
without this there is no gaps is between content and programming.
ï‚· Conference programmes- Society become large at become diverse, there is the
dominated industry is present for the panels (Ciobanu, 2018).
There are some strategy to increase the diversity
ï‚· Avoid the invisible minority effect- In the influential event professional identifying the
speakers for the visible minority groups to hit the pause button.
ï‚· Pay attention to the event professionals- this is involve in the situation which involve
selection, there is tendency rate which perceives the different.

such as business dinners, conferences, Networking events,seminars, meeting and product
launches. Corporate events is used by all businesses to maintain the brand image and
retain the loyalty with the existing suppliers, this also help in making the public
awareness among the consumers (Diffenbaugh, 2019) by the choice of events, such as
society balls, sports events and charitable auctions. These events are based on the
sponsors to raise money by picking local charity to gain the goodwill. They define the
cots associated with the charity.
There are various factors that influence the development of event at global and local level -
 Increasing population – One of the first factor is increasing population in the country
because in the events lot of peoples are coming for celebration, but there is so much
gathering is happen from these which affect at global level and at local level they have to
organise limited people events so all of the people enjoy equally.
ï‚· Technology- Second factor that influence the event is technology because in every new
event they have to use of the new technology for the events. In making all events
successful there is use of advanced technology for the peoples coming in the events .
They have to maintain the records of all peoples and advanced DJ for the event.
ï‚· Rules and regulation- Third factor is rules and regulation in the events because in the
events they have to wear same dress which is the dress code for all which are coming to
the event. They have their own policies and procedure according to the organizer that
event is start at sharp 9'0 clock and end at 2'0 clock.
ï‚· Infrastructure- In the event there is different theme or different infrastructure is used to
attract the customers in the events then according to this they charge ticket price. In this
there is food is also include in this so everyone enjoy it the theme and events also.

ï‚· Social media- It means a game changer is reaching out the potential customers for the
event through the social media, event industry post their event on the social media sites
which help the people to see the event detail and venue. If this platform is comprised then
it discourage the peoples and decrease the effective of marketing sites. Facebook is the
main social media platform across the world to increase the gathering in the events for
increase the profit maximization.

very important for the event industry to remain focus on the ever changing events. All
peoples are become more health conscious at the event. They have to main aim on the
themes that attract the young generation because mostly they come to the attend the

everyone will come next time also in next events.

because they have to use of the safety equipment in the events. In every event there is the
need of the security guard at the gate to check the pass for the entry and proper
maintenance of the safety standards for the audience.

it is the event for all peoples living in the country or come from another country like
