The destination management is a prefect experience which is provided by company for

Environmental challenges:
There are various environmental challenges which will be faced by India in negative
manner. The air pollution, poor waste management, growing water scarcity, water pollution.

pollution in India is very high because there are various companies and factories are
manufacturer product by using ample number of chemicals (Noe and Wright, 2017). Gas of

side, water pollution is also included in environmental challenges. Those are creating negative
impact on the India because water is populating in very negative manner. The wastage of
factories is directly coming into the water and people are puts various garbage in water pools.
Through that water is pollute and good for health of people because they are drink that water.

There are various socio-cultural challenges which are affect and face by India. Those are
not a good for country. Those aspects of socio-cultural challenges: Caste system in India is the
roots of accident in India, which is had down rules and duties for proper management and refers
with references to individual life in the world. Caste based discrimination has the proper time
requirements and also lead to violence (Le, 2018). On the other side, issues related to woman is
most critical challenge which will be faces by India. In that, woman and girls have not equal
rights to perform their tasks and work in every field which is the main reason India faces various
negative impacts.
Economic Challenges:
The challenges related to economy includes a weak investment, muted monetary and
transmission and slow of GST collection. In the India, the GST collection is slow which affected
to the economy of India. The GDP growth has increased from the actual average rate is 6% in the
during 2013 and lump sum to 7 % in 2018 and lump sum (Mathew and Sreejesh, 2017). The
average inflation is declined from the 10% to 5.5% in during the period management growth
aspects. Those are economy related challenges which are faced by India and receive negative
impact.
Those are the challenges which are related to economy, environmental and socio-cultural
aspect. Those are gives negative impact on the country. In that aspect, country need manage and
maintain their wastes for protecting their environment from challenges. For is mentions all those
suggestions for sustainable and successful destination in effective manner.

sustainability of India tourism sector.
Social sustainable: This occurs formal and informal tourism aspects processes actively
support to the capacity for future and current aspects by creating various healthy and
congenial environment. This should lead supports in respect for the same which help to
our future generations also enjoyable benefits reaped by tourism industry
(Mathivathanan, Kannan and Haq, 2018). In respect of same, need to provide equal and
proper opportunities to all woman and man for work and for another aspects. They should
also stop make and judging people with their caste.
Environmental sustainable: in the tourism sector our the various efforts which should
be tackles by the management help to manage work effectively. Let the environment is
for further and ensure the healthy, diversity and productivity of environment which
highly enhance and turns to gives to our tourism industry (O'Reilly, Dhanju and Goel,
2017). In respect of same India should be made positive and effective control on their air
and water pollutions by using recycle of waste. That is help to make proper waste
management and help to protect water. As well as stop including wastage in water is help
to protect water and pools as well as maintain natural beauty of country in effective
manner.
Those are the strategies and recommendations which are help to sustaining successful destination
in effective manner. This help to make positive and valuable growth for Tourism industry in
India to create more effectiveness.
