INTRODUCTION
Teaching process is considered as most significant process in which it includes
delivering of detailed information and individual's experience. It is very crucial for the individual's
development while learning. In teaching process, there is exchange of knowledge which
considered as most essential for student's future growth as it makes them specialised or expert in a
specific field. Therefore, various resources are used by students and teacher so that it can facilitate
a better understanding of numerous lesson or topics that required during study. Teacher should
manage all the resources so that a proper environment and professionalism of classroom can be
maintained. It also creates and maintain a learning environment in classroom Successful use of the
resources aid in generating a better outcome at workplace. People use different methods,
instrument and knowledge as a means to improve an outcome of performed task (Bagasra and
Ritter, 2022).The effective ways for student's learning can be identified by using different
resources learning platforms. This report will be based on the many topic including purpose of the
resources in teaching and learning, effectivity of the specific resources, principles of the resource
design, the sources which inform resource development, way to adopt resources and design
resources that include latest and innovative technologies.
TASK A
1.1 Explicate purpose of the resources in teaching and learning
Main purpose of the resources in learning and teaching is to provide sources of the
learning experience for learners, helping in the process of interaction between teachers and
students at the time of learning/ teaching process. It also supports the students to learn and
enhance their experience by meeting various learning needs. In relation to the business-project
management, purpose of the resources is help in to carry out a project or task. This resource can be
a team, tool, time, finance and person (Balaji Selvam and Rajeswari, 2022). Mostly resources
require various different resources in order to be completed. The resources should be assess and
allocated before the starting of any project. These resources help in the improvisation of profit in a
project completion by anticipating and an optimizing project cost. For an effective business
project management, resources should be managed with best practices as it helps to achieve
success to complete a project effectively. Availability of the resources make a difference in
education quality provide to students. Mostly colleges, universities and schools uses essential

teaching resources and other modern tools n order to make sure that teaching process, both outside
and inside the class, is very effective. Students rely on the online media to acquire the further
knowledge. Therefore, teachers and students need to have an idea about that how technologically
advanced devices can be used to their benefit or advantages.
1.2 Evaluate effectiveness of the specific resources in specialise area that meet individuals
learning needs
Resources are key component of every area of service as it is helpful in managing different
aspects. It makes enable learners to grab opportunities. Implementation of appropriate strategies
helps in determining different skills. There are various resources within several areas that help to
meet the individual's needs. In this modern era, digital technologies are used in mostly all aspect
of business. Students need to motivated by me so that they become able to reach their maximum
potential in their learning activity (Bell, Soslau and Wilson, 2022).Variety of the resources are
utilised within my learning surrounding that ensure that needs of learners are satisfied. Nowadays,
project management require utilization of technology. The project management technology
facilitates an improvement within communication and collaboration by breaking the walls
between teams and individuals. Uses of tablets, Smartphone’s e- book and personal computer have
increased at a mass level. It enables students and teacher to understand that how study topic
should be presented. An excellent project management software make enable a team to centralize
the documents, budget together, work on schedules and tag each other in updates. There are
various technologies which are used within business-project management. These technologies
include project tracking, collaboration tools, workflow automation, schedule software and many
more.
2.1 Analyse principles of the resources design
The resources design is done to accomplish the goals or objectives set by a person or
individual. Tool used to elaborate the project management in business are essential resources.
Support material are provided to learners, uses software and hardware, learning techniques and

teaching technique adopted by individual are significant for making the learning process more
effective and useful. Principles of resources design are considered as guiding phrases that define
fundamental goals of the design project (Bhatti and et. al., 2022). Before starting a project
management, a design should be made and executed with a plan in mind. This design makes the
learning process very effective and also brings to best from the learners. By this learners, become
able to capture all methods to get best out of their teacher. Therefore, resources should be
designed properly to benefit of both the instructor and learners. When skilful designs are introduce
to students and understood without confusion, success rate of the lessons become very high.
Resources used in teaching and acquiring knowledge should be enforced in such a manner that use
of the resource becomes simple, easy and hassle free to the teacher and learner. Use of the
technologies is used as resources should be simple to comprehended, toll must e very easy to use
and methods must be understood by learners and teachers.
2.2 Evaluate the sources to inform resources development in specialised area
The resources development in the study of project management can be derived from
various different sources. Resources development in project management is acquiring, allocating
and managing all the resources, such as technology, material, individual and their skill, machinery,
material and natural resources required for the development of a project management resources. It
ensures that the external and internal resources are used in effective manner on time and to budget.
The learning process can be dramatically improved with the help of these evaluations. Being a
teacher of project management, all these formal sources are very helpful for me and students when
trying to determine essential sources of the resources development. Learning procedure can be
accelerated through online reviews. Different adaptive measures can be used to strengthen the
learning process. When required, suggested reading material and class text book should be
corrected to provide the students with correct information (Burrell, 2022).
In order to overcome form the obstacles during studying, the students relies in both informal and
formal means. Informal means include exploring study centres, peer group study, using internet to
get answer of any problem. I help students in resolving their problems at hand and also motivate
them, to visit libraries and look for the solution themselves. It enables the students to develop their
problem solving abilities (Hausdorf, 2022).

2.3 Critically analyse the theories, models and principles to inform resource development in
specialised area
The practical training is very fruitful for the learners. That's why, academic curriculum
involve practical lesson for learner's betterment. In project management, individual is tested to
final extent of their ability as only possessing theoretical knowledge or skill is not sufficient for
student's. They have to be able in order to communicate in effective manner when learning
different task or working on a project management (Karathanos-Aguilar and Ervin-Kassab, 2022).
The theoretical based study is useful but when it comes in the practical term, employees has to be
able to perform tasks at assigned by employer. For every student, field experience is very
important as it test ability of the student to perform a task. At workplace, during project
management, employees need to ensure that the job role performs properly and communication
will also be maintained. When acquiring knowledge, students may have queries regarding project
management even after teacher has taught aforementioned topics. It need for a solution may be
resolved by experience gained from participating directly within field is a more practical solution
of the problems.
2.4 Analyse ways to adopt resources for enabling inclusive approaches.
The resource's adoption can be in mainly two forms, one is digital form and other is form
of the paper. A teacher work very hard to establish effective communication with students.
Therefore, to make all the student able to understand about the project management, teacher has to
establish a successful communication with students (Kelly and et. al.,2022).Various tools like
Excel, Outlook, Power point and many more are used by a terrace to make the teaching process
more compelling to students as these tools help the students to understand better about the project
management. Students can learn more about project management by the visual learning process
as it has a long lasting impact on their mind. Teacher should adopt the available resources in order
to ensure a proper delivery of project management's lesson. When all resources are used by a
skilled teacher, then learner is more able to receive a maximum result of information and content.

3.1 Ways to classified and stored the resources
The organisation should take proper action in order to store and manage the information and
records. Resources classification helps in facilitating an effective communication. The
storage and classification of available resources is considered as essential part of to keep the
future records. It can be done in many stages which are mentioned below:
 It is essential to keep a track of saved location and a proper documentation is also
significant for information’s safekeeping. It makes enable the users to track essential
documents and utilization of needed information. Documents can be searched very
easily by users and used as per their requirements.
 Teachers must be trained within information and communication technologies. A
proper training facility is very important for the staff as it ensure a skilful handling of
system. Hardware and tolls must be kept clean in order to maximize the services
quality (Kerzner, 2022).
 Nowadays, students uses the portable storage drive for sharing a large amount of the
information, documents or information can be also shared through online. But to
avoid the security data threat and for a convenience, mostly students tend to share
large amount of the information via portable storage drives.
3.2 Ways to share resources with the other learning professionals
When common information are shared between a teacher and student, then it become more
useful for both of them. Identification and classification of this information has its upsides.
Preserving and collection work in a proper manner is very essential (Locatelli, 2022). Teacher and
students depending on information will be able access all the documents in a legal manner with
proper permit. Within teaching profession, a teacher showcases and shares the study material and
other academic paper. Most of the time, the teachers suggest to read from their expertise areas to
all the students. Sharing of all these resources, with the other professionals help in enriching
credibility of their papers.
4.1 Legal requirements and responsibilities for the development and use of the resources

Using technology and information has very benefits. The technology helps the faculties or teacher
and the students to increase or improve their knowledge or communication among one another.
This helps to form an understanding in the students (McCubbin, Hammer and Ayriss, 2022).
Using ICT in the class increase or improve the productivity in the classroom to a mentionable
extent. The using of ICT in the college or university will provide greater opportunity to the
students or learners. Development and use of teh educational resources need to fulfil various legal
responsibilities and requirements. Current copyrights law is available within UK that is copyright
act 1998 under which, owner of any material will be given a right to decide that in which way,
their content or resources can be used by others.
Although the term privacy is not described in the act, it determines privacy every person has to
give with a respect to processing their personal data. They have right to decide that to which
extent their personal data or information can be processed and used.
The teachers or faculties in the college must give knowledge about the Copyright Design Act 1988
and also show the proper use of law. All the students give chances to be creative and attractive and
continue the study like this.
The Equality act 2010 requires the teacher to provide equal opportunities to all the leaner and
students. All the students under this act should be treated by the teacher will be the same there is
not discrimination between the students (Omotayo, Kulatunga and Awuzie, 2022).
Health and safety act 1974 declared that every educational institution is responsible for ensuring
student’s wellbeing. It is organisation’s duty towards individual who step within campus premises.
4.2 Analysation of the implications of intellectual property rights as well as copyrights for the
development and use of resources
It implies that it is essential for the teacher and students to comply with law when they are
using other people work in order to ensure that any law does not break. They also need to develop
strategies for ensuring that any types of resources are uses should be complies with the appropriate
section of the legislation. When producing the resources under the copyright law as the
compliances are important for copying the others work in several manners which includes
handwriting, photocopy, typing as well as scanning along with making adoption of other work is
prohibited without taking permission. Copyrights act states that written documents are creators
intellectual property and this cannot be used or being copy without their permission. This makes

important for the learner in order to obey this act as well as should be knows that unauthorised use
of property will charged penalties in against of it. I also need to manage the regulation related to
management while teaching project management which makes important for achieving the
effective areas and growth.

The technology is getting more advanced day to day. In the educational field, use if the
technologies has increased over past decade. Nowadays learning process is not so narrowed in
textbook anymore. To increase knowledge about project management, students need to study the
case studies and models, learn about new equipment and observe the market trend to gain useful
and practical knowledge (Resende and et. al., 2022). Uses of different technologies have made it
possible on large scale. Now, internet is used on daily basis. Teacher and students lean towards
use of the internet in order to facilitate their everyday task or other activity.
2.6 Employ the resources to meet individual's need in specialised area
Teaching profession is considered as collection of the different important tasks (Rodrigues and
Schnepper, 2022). It is my duty to tend to all learners present in classroom. My job is to provide
the learners and students with essential knowledge about project management. And to make
understandable the students about project management, I need to be equipped with a diverse level
of the resources. I also need to very flexible when using resources for learner’s betterment.

5.1 Evaluation of the effectiveness of own design as well as use of resources to engage and meet
the individuals needs of learners in own specialist area
The learning related to methods and tools are an important medium which enable teachers
in order to help students to achieve their academic goals in better manner. Being a teacher of
project management, I need to access various types of technologies in order to provide effective
lecture or information to my students in order to help them gain better knowledge regarding
project management. There are various kinds of more technologies that are required to provide

access to the students such as smart phones and computers in order to gain better learning about
project management. As these tools and technologies are important and helpful for the students
and learner in better manner. In order to provide learning online, students and teachers are also
uses laptop, mobile and tablet which has access of internet (Shohel and et. al., 2022). This will
help teacher to reach large number of audience in less time and easy manner. As this will help
learner in order to get more knowledge with the help of internet connectivity in less time. They
also acquire other benefits also which includes such as practical learning, visual aspects as well as
accessibility and flexibility.
5.2 Identification own strength as well as areas for improvement in relation to development and
use of resources in own specialist area
For every teacher, it is most important to them to identify their strengths as well as the
areas that required improvement. By the improvement of their weaken areas, teachers can also
effectively improve their educational quality. In order to provide proper teaching to the students, it
is important for the teachers to improve their skills as well as used them in better manner.
Development of different type’s skills is most crucial for the learners in order to become more
knowledgeable and confident in the area of project management (Veteska and et. al., 2022). My
most strongest strengths is teaching by using latest technology in order to help my students to
learn lesson related to project management in effective manner. In this method of teaching, images
and video clips are uses which helps in grabbing the attention of students in effective manner. The
areas which I need to improve are my communication speed because when I communicate with
the students I speak too speedily manner in which they cannot understand what I say. Teachers
must ensure that their learners and students should by properly understand what they will teach to
them.
5.3 Producing a plan which identified opportunities to improve own skills in the development and
use of resources in own specialist area.
Teaching refers to a technical process that helps teachers in order to influence their learner
in order to become more able in order to gain more knowledge along with the proper support of
their teacher. This makes important for every teacher to listen problems of their students in proper
manner because the listening is a crucial component in the profession of teaching. The teacher
needs to properly understand the issues and problems of their students as well as provide better

solutions in order to solve them effectively (Wadesango, 2022). Teachers are responsible in
making the students to create and achieve their desired goals. Different types of methods and
techniques are used by the skilled teacher in order to help their students to understand the
particular topics and lesson in order to increase their learning. It is required to every teacher to
develop their present skills as well as learn more about new and modern skills along with the other
techniques which helps in providing better lectures within a classroom. The major responsibility
of a teacher to ensure that students within a classroom are should be capable in order to
understand as well as capture the lectures in better manner.
5.4 Identification areas for the improvement in own learning programme taking account of the
outcomes for the evaluation
The teacher is considered as the valuable resources in order to maintain educational quality
system. This makes important for the teachers to have proper skills as well as required to improve
those areas in which they are weaken (Zhang and Zhang, 2022). There are different programs are
to be performed which help teachers to improve their weaken areas in order to provide effective
teaching to their students. The area I need to improve is my communication speed in order to helps
students to understand properly what I said or teach to them. For the improvement of this area I
am trying to read the articles and newspaper in slow manner in order to control my
communication speed in better manner. I ask from my seniors to evaluate my improvement so I
can effectively improve my communication speed. I can also take feedback from my learner in
order to make evalaution on my improvement.

CONCLUSION
From the above report it is find out that a teacher uses different sources in order to
perform several task. All the resources ensure that students are capable in classroom and he
they can understand all the subject matter very well. The Resources & Developed are used by
with the aim of that lessons provided by them in the class are up to date with modern technology
and also very relevant. When the resources are utilized properly and skilfully in educational sector
then it gives very benefit to the students. Proper and better use of these educational resources and
materials must be ensured that the level of education for making sure that the students are
understand and grab the good education with proper use of resources. They also ensure that the
quality of education must be improved. The Faculties should be identify the work and strength of
the student and work or teach according to them which is give benefit to the students. If a faculty
taught their student according to the experience and interest of students, then the students
understand their subject more effectively. Therefore, every teacher should identify their ability and
become capable to their learners.
