The learning related to methods and tools are an important medium which enable teachers
in order to help students to achieve their academic goals in better manner. Being a teacher of
project management, I need to access various types of technologies in order to provide effective
lecture or information to my students in order to help them gain better knowledge regarding
project management. There are various kinds of more technologies that are required to provide

Teaching profession is considered as collection of the different important tasks (Rodrigues and
Schnepper, 2022). It is my duty to tend to all learners present in classroom. My job is to provide
the learners and students with essential knowledge about project management. And to make
understandable the students about project management, I need to be equipped with a diverse level

accessibility and flexibility.

For every teacher, it is most important to them to identify their strengths as well as the
areas that required improvement. By the improvement of their weaken areas, teachers can also

is important for the teachers to improve their skills as well as used them in better manner.

most strongest strengths is teaching by using latest technology in order to help my students to

and video clips are uses which helps in grabbing the attention of students in effective manner. The
areas which I need to improve are my communication speed because when I communicate with
the students I speak too speedily manner in which they cannot understand what I say. Teachers
must ensure that their learners and students should by properly understand what they will teach to
them.
