include the design of my personal message which can support me to convince what type of skills

of my professional and academician skills in the best manner that can possibly have. Moreover,

I have a work experience of at-least four years in the field of business management and
operations related field of business. I have gained significant knowledge of dealing with the
customers in effective manner by working as the customer service executive for 3 years in
Genpact company. This is also one of my first professional job in which I have improved my
listening skills, concentrating silks and also developed the habit to pay more attention in
satisfying customers in appropriate manner. By doing this job, I have polished my customer
