completion of task and activities Companies also use this software to know about exact vacant
positions in the organisation so that they can recruit right number of employees for the company.
In simpler words, with the adoption of advanced technology HR executives eliminate bias nature
and give equal opportunity to each candidate.
A company expects from recent graduates who want to make career in the profession of
HR that they should be aware about the advanced technologies. Graduates must be capable
enough to deal with the advance technologies so that they can complete their assigned operations

Programs for employee wellness
Employees are the people who work in hectic environment and stressful conditions so
HR professionals have started forming and introducing wellness programmes so that mental
health of employees could be kept healthy and stable. These programmes are introduced by HR
professionals as per the requirement of employees so that positive environment can be created in
the workplace (Gunesh and Maheshwari, 2018). Now, HR executives look for strategies that help
employees to balance their professional and personal lives. Hence, this also assist in creating

Organisations expect from recent graduates that they should be aware about healthy
mental state so that employees could give their best efforts towards activities and objectives of

Diversity and inclusion
Another important trend in the HR profession is diversity which means that professionals

expanding its business in international market. So, it becomes the duty of HR professionals to
recruit and select employees from the international market with the motive of attaining goals and
objectives of the company (Sulbout and et. al., 2021). HR professionals recruit candidates who
have great knowledge of several cultures and different languages so that they can work from
anywhere.
An organisation expects from recent graduates that they must be capable enough in
communicating with different language so that they can recruit candidates from the international
market. As organisation also wants these graduates should also know about international policies

According to the information gathered through primary research it is identified that
diversity is one of the greatest trends in HR profession because every company wants HR
assistants and executives who are capable enough to include diverse employees in the workplace.

in the market (Shaito, 2019). HR professionals are very clearly aware with the fact that when
they recruit diverse employs then only they can get talented workforce for the attainment of
defined objectives of the company. On the other hand, the other significant trend is artificial
