SUMMARY OF LAWS
As per National Health Services (NHS) UK on which it has been presented that there will
be serious actions against a person who forces for abortion or abort a foetus. It will be applicable
on the medical practitioners or a person involved in this crime which is equals to murder. It
comprised of acts such as Abortion Act, 1967, Offence against the person Act, 1861 and
Criminal Justice Act, 1945 (Lougarre, 2019). Moreover, there have been creation of further acts
such as Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act, 1990 and 2008. These has been presented by
government with reference to balance the sex ratio as well as securing human rights.
Disambiguation of acts related with the death penalty, sentencing, execution and place of
execution to kill a person who have caused serious damages to society. It involves the capital
punishment or ordering the court to punish a person who have harmed society such as mass
killing, murder, rape etc. It involves the acts like Crime and Disorder Act, 1964, Human Rights
Act, 1998 and Murder (Abolition of Death Penalty) Act, 1965 (McAuliffe, 2018). Thus, it has
been denoted as Malice Aforethought in consideration of queen and king’s peace as unlawful
killing of a reasonable person (Lewis, 2018). Along with this, in the case of attempt to murder
there will be punishments imposed by of Criminal Attempts Act, 1981.
Relieving a person from suffering pain, injury or any disease from long period to let them
dying by the mutual agreement by relatives and courts (Assisted dying, 2018. Thus, on which
Suicide Act, 1961 as well as Coroner and Justice Act, 2009 will let these people die with legal
consideration (Euthanasia and assisted suicide, 2017).
