INTRODUCTION
The academic and research skills are specific type of skills which helps individual in
performing task in efficient and detail manner in some area of study. The research skills is ability
of searching, evaluating and presenting information that is relevant to specific subject (Garcia-
Esteban, and Jahnke, 2020). The report discusses the progress which is attain by me during
project and actions that are taken as to improve the skills. Further personal development plan is
prepared.
TASK 3
During my project I develop several types of skills and knowledge which helps me lot to
perform task effectively. There were some areas in which I was lacking while starting the project
was developed by me while working on this module which is the sign of progress of me. I set the
targets for my academic and personal skills which were attain by me in effective manner. During
this project my communication skills become strong because I was required to communicated
with by team members and others. While starting of project, I was not capable to communicate
properly due to this I was lacking in expressing my views and opinions with my team members.
With regular communication resulted me in development of my skill. In addition to this, I
develop time management skills within me as leader divided tasks as per skills which I possess
and my colleagues (Reisfeld, and Kaplan, 2022). The deadlines and priorities was set which help
me in completing task. In this way it help me and my colleagues to make great progress. For
instance, we are evolve communication along with time management skills that supports in
attaining all set goals and successful position is achieve in future.
With this, different types of academic skills were develop by me such as research, note
taking, summarising and many more. The development of research skill help me in making
effective research during this project from different sources so that assign task can be attain in
proper manner. The research made by me was authentic and related to task leading to progress.
The skill of note-taking and effective academic language skill will help me in writing my
opinions in effective manner as to carry task with full productivity and communicating results in
effective manner.

CONCLUSION

skills helps in better communication effectively which leads to present views by making proper
decision and on time completing tasks. The report also covers personal development plan.
