area. It has been seen that every individual have different learning needs and abilities thus, it is
vital and important to properly analysis and evaluate learning needs of individuals so that a more
effective a better way of learning could be applied (Bird, 2019). The specialist areas of teaching
which have been used for current assignment is Business management which is a specialist area
and branch of study that tend to facilitate knowledge as well as training that is pertaining to
effective planning, well execution and supervision together with analysis of a business
enterprise. The reason for choosing business management as the specialist area of teaching is
based on the fact that use of specific resources and better technology become vital to provide
better understanding about the various associated and vital concepts in order to facilitates and
ensure an effective learning and execution for improved understanding about the business
enterprise (Boyce and Ville, 2017). Further, the current investigation comprises of discussion
about the main purpose of the resources within learning and teaching along with analysing the
usefulness of specific form of resources from the specialist area in order for meeting the
individual learning needs. Beside this, an analysis about use of inclusive resources in specialist
area along with Theories, principles along with the use of models that are all inclusive within the
curriculum design that can be cast-off to inform the resource development that is also made.
