Team work is very important concept that make cooperation between group and manager.
In order to facilitate effective development of the group, each person of a team need to perform
their role so that they can perform their job role easily (Phillips and Phillips, 2016). When people
will perform their work and job effectively, they are able to produce effective work for business
development. At workplace, there are different issues solve by the businesses such as conflict,
setting direction, etc. In order to focus on the present report, Hilton hotel has been selected that
global brand full service of the organisation development. With this regard, the company
providing several kinds of hospitality services providing in different areas of the world.
Furthermore, they are dealing in more than 570 locations in all over the world.
Therefore, for gaining insight knowledge of the company it covers characteristics of the
successful business team. Moreover, it includes value of using theoretical model to build
effective team of the enterprise. In addition to this, it assists to make plan to motivate team
members through business accomplish their objectives. At last, it includes monitoring the
performances of team for the business objectives.

Hilton group is a one of the biggest hotel group in worldwide. They can provide a full service of
hotel. Hilton group is around 85 countries and many more this all will be possible only on the
good business leaders and good team members (Paroutis, Bennett and Heracleous, 2014).
Each and every big organisation is able to do all such big achievement's only with help of
HR. department or team members. Hr department handle all the team members to achieve this
success. Team work is most important to solve corporate problems.

Flexibility :- Flexibility is very necessary to solve any problem. All the team members is
