and development function for driving the entry point to produce big projects.
This has involved the independence level and the structural positioning

structure Further, the accountability traits of the present project manager needs to be
focused particularly over the quality and budget of project as there is gap in
clarity of organizational structure.
Human Resource
managing
There has been minimum understanding of relationship between various
functional organizations. It generated problems of communication between
team members and Anderson and also other functional managers.
Governance There has been ethical issues present in this case while preparing the
preparation of proposal.
Project charter No objective and plan was set to how and what he Blue Sider must
accomplish. Thus there were lack of priorities, no plan of communication, no
schedule and weak cooperation from other departments (Kerzner, 2017).
Supply chain
integration
There is the case of background integration. Further, there is the probability
to lose customers, because of the way the project is treated. Besides, there is
probability of defiling the good name of the business. This loss of customers
and reputations indicates losing further benefits.
Measures to submit request for dealing with needed changes:
Firstly, there is the defining of change requests. As the changes are defined, this is required to have
the real request to support statements in hand. It includes the followings.
 Authentic request
 Motive for request
 Achievement conditions

 Anticipated conclusion
Submitting and reviewing change requests:
As the change requested gets documented, that is ought to be surrendered to the project team.
This varies from simple to formal (De Marco, 2018).
Defining options and creating response documents:
As the project team reviews change request, the options must be get defined. Besides, the
response must be consisting of the following.
 Selection Number and Name
 Planned Solution
 Anticipated Timeline
 Influences on Project
 Finishing Date for Suggested Modifications
Ultimate decision along with approval:
Customers ought to be showing responses in timely manner. As the file containing the
change control response ends, that must be re-evaluated as the customers delivers feedbacks. As
much development happens for sustaining changes, that requires to be begun. As delayed reactions
results in other influences, they require to be soon communicated as much as possible. Besides, it is
can also happen as the expired reaction can lead extra proposal and review (Alexander, Hardman &
Hardman, 2017).

Opportunities for sustaining the change request along with the hazards related to
that:
Organizational
strategy
For this, Blue Spider must
determine their own positions.
However, this is harder that it
has been looking. Next, it is to
be identified what is important.
For this, Blue Spider must
concentrate on where they
intend to take their business in
due time. Then, they must
define the things to be achieved
and determine who has been
accountable. Lastly, a review is
to be done
The risks includes the liability challenges
and problems with defective products.
Then, there are regulatory risks like
questionable environmental type
practices. Next, there are threats and
security vulnerable. Again, there are
financial risks like unsustainable levels of
debt and operational problems like
various processes that are failure probe or
have aging equipment (Clark, 2019).
Project
organizational
structure
The dedicated teams are to be
put together for working on it.
Here, probably the project
manager of Blue Spider has the
responsibility of line
management for their team
members. Instances of that
involve the huge construction
builds the also corporate
However, the risks associated with this are
demonstrated hereafter. As the people are
removed from their various functional jobs
they might find at complicated to return
back. Closing project indicates losing tasks
as the business has been moving on and the
role is never available. As per nature, the
dedicated teams are able to such up the

initiatives needing the dedicated
team. Here, the project
managers have the ultimate
level of authority and the
reporting to project board and
project sponsor. Various
individuals on the team are able
to function directly for project
managers (Dimitrakopoulos,
Ellmer & Lindström, 2017)
Here, they are able to limit amount of project
that Blue Spider can perform one at any time
particularly as the various projects need
similar expertise (Davis et al., 2018). Here,
the project managers under this kind of
structure perform line management for the
teams indicating spending of time and the
effort of the tasks of human resource that one
need to perform in other type of structures.

The staffs are the greatest asset
of Blue Spider as their level of
productivity has been
proportional directly to the
success of the organization. It is
possible with suitable strategic
planning and the execution.
This is done from the side of

department of Blue Spider. In
this way the HR department
would be playing vital role to

Governance For this a role and
responsibility document is to be
created and assure that the
project sponsor is there. This
must be assured that project
board is there and regular
meetings are arranged for which
one take and then distribute
times. Next, a risk management
process is to be set up along
with the process of change
management (Perrier,
Benbrahim & Pellerin, 2018)
Here, the delivery and structuring of modern
projects has been understandably highly
complicated. This prolonged character of the
projects needs strategies suitable reflecting
the uncertainty and high variety of the risks
that they are exposed to the life cycles. There
are high scale programs of change and the
projects of capital investments including
huge amount of various stakeholders who are
entering to project life cycle at various
stages. They have distinct roles, risk
management abilities, responsibilities and
capacities of risk-bearing and frequent
conflicting interest (Abdi, Taghipour &
Khamooshi, 2018).

Demonstrating the cause of request
The main reason is the primary tool of requesting, approving and then documenting changes of the
project and vital for the process of change management.
Describe Alternative Options
Risk Identification/Analysis
There are limited amount of qualified resources
Dependency of the process approval.
The risk is the further event having adverse effect on the objectives. Determining the risk earlier in
the Blue Spider project is to be aware of impacts on scope, schedule budget and additional factors.
Conclusion:
On the basis of the corporate strategy, the Blue Spider must be provided with strategic
emphasis for getting total support and participation of the entire organization. There must be the core
team supporting blue spider project. This must be ensuring the total support of the members of the
organization for the projects. Further, the business must have established project management
information system having no clear standardized communication line. There must be effective
systems t develop project managers and installed project management criteria of selecting the
process of project management. Moreover, Blue Spider have begun and deployed the initial project
under the newly implemented business on the basis of assumptions on the method of trial and error.
Tis never got the experience advantages and learning from prior projects.
