INTRODUCTION
Knowledge and creativity are very necessary for a person to develop its
knowledge and to be very creative in its learning as well as working within the business
(Sánchez-Moral, Bontje and Musterd, 2018). This is pertaining to the fact that the
competition within the market is very high whether be it a business or even in the
education line. Thus, to become a good learner it is very necessary for the person to be
very creative in its working. The present essay will outline the different effective
communication skills required to be used to become a learner. Also, in the end
reflection of individual performance and experience will be done.
MAIN BODY
For becoming a good learner, it is very necessary for me to focus on the
communication skills. As a learner I learned the importance of communication because
if I had not communicated with my seniors and teacher then I would not be able to gain
the knowledge. It is so because if there is miscommunication at time of teaching then I
would not be able to learn the actual things. Also, for becoming a good learner I came to
know that taking feedback from the tutor is very necessary. This is necessary because
of the fact that if I will not know that whether I am going in the same direction or not.
This can be done only with help of feedback. This is majorly because of the fact that the
tutor only knows that what actually I have to perform and whether I am in right direction
or not. Thus, this feedback will help me in growing more efficiently as a learner.
In the process of becoming a learner I understood the importance of analytical
skills. This is majorly pertaining to the fact that for becoming an expert learner it is very
necessary to have good analytical and reasoning skills. The major reason for this is that
the environment is dynamic and ever changing and for this I timely need to analyse that
what changes I need to consider and what not to consider. Thus, this is very necessary
for the me as a learner to develop good analytical and reasoning skills so that is can
validate which changes are applicable to my learning and which are not (Yang and Ryu,
2018).
Also, in the process of becoming a successful learner the working in a team
playas a crucial role. This is due to the fact that with help of effective communication the
team work was also fostered during the module. This is because of the reason that if I

would be a learner then at that time I had to work in a team and this effective
communication skill helped me in gaining a competitive advantage (Guan, Xie and
Huan, 2018). This is because of the reason that I was given the opportunity of handling
the team. This was only possible because of the fact that I had good communication
skills which helped me in managing the team in an effective manner.
This improved communication helped me in developing my other skills such as
team working skills, leadership skills, time management skills and many other related
skills. From this assessment I learned that with improved communication I can work
better in the team as with help of communication I will effectively communicate with my
team members. This will increase my efficiency of working with other and
communicating skills to interact with a variety of people.
Also, this will increase my leadership skills as with help of communication I will
effectively interact with other people and will be able to lead and direct them. Since, I
am good at communicating thus, the other people will like to work under me and follow
my instructions. This improved communication will help me in increasing my learning
and my analytical skills. The main reason pertaining to this fact is that with
communication I will be able to analyse the perspective and perception of different
people and this will help me in analysing people of different temperament.
Also, this effective communication skills will help me in my better future. This is
because of the reason that in future I will go for certain different jobs and this effective
communication help me in clearing the interview in a nice way and also will help me in
communicating with the external parties and also, I will be a good communication
channel between the top management and the lower management. This is because of
the reason that the top and lower management do not communicate directly with one
another and for this I can become an effective channel as I will communicate the
requirement of the lower level to the higher authorities and their decisions back to the
lower level (Glückler, Suddaby and Lenz, eds., 2018).
Reflection of approaches for future challenge and expectation of university
course
For having a good future, it is very important for me to analyse the future
challenges which might be faced at time of university course. This is pertaining to the

fact that in university course there will be many students and I have to distinctive from
them. Thus, for this I beforehand need to do the analyses of the future challenges and
approaches to overcome them. Like in university course there will be number of
different students and I have to interact with them.
Thus, for dealing with this challenge I have to improve my interpersonal skill so
that I can easily interact with the other student. Also, I expect that the competition
among the student will be very high thus, for this I need to improve my level of
knowledge. Hence, for this I need to work on my researching and conceptual skills. This
is due to the fact that this will help me in researching the latest things which are going
on in the world and learn them and understand them.
CONCLUSION
From the above study of the essay it is concluded that the communication is very
important for developing as a learner. This is majorly because of the reason that the
communication is the essential key without which no other work can be done. This is
very necessary for the learner to have effective communication skills. This is because of
the reason that this impacts the performance and experience and behaviour of the
person. That is why it is very important for the person to manage and continuously work
on improving the communication skills.
