INTRODUCTION
Managing and Using resources within the educational sector is one of the toughest as well as
important task of the educational organization. The resources which are basically used in the
educational system are books, learning materials, lecture notes etc. also known as knowledge
banks (Hadi and Ahmed, 2018). Through this resource use, the teacher and learners able to teach
and learn a specific concept or gain knowledge in specialist area. The present report consists of
four tasks. In task 1, the details about the purpose of learning and teaching, theories of inclusive
curriculum design and ways of classifying as well as storing the resources will be discussed. In
task 2, the report will discuss the effectiveness of resources, principle of resource design, sources
that inform resource development, resources adapting ways and resources sharing ways using the
own specialist area of English grammar. The task 3 will produce a learning resource, explain the
effectiveness of the same. Lastly, the task 4 will cover the poster preparation on following
content such as legal requirement and responsibilities for development and use of resources and
last implicational of intellectual property rights copyright for the development, use of resources.
This present report will cover the deep insight about the management of resources within the
education sector.
TASK 1
The role of resources
The role of resources is to provide for learning experience for the students as well as to assist
them so that interaction between students and teaching during the process. Along with this, it
helps students to learn and increase their experience as it helps them in meeting learning needs.
It allow students to provide opportunity for students to explore ideas and knowledge, solve
problems and collaborate with others in order to develop their skills. It is important in sector of
teaching as it helps learners in achieving the student goals (Tam, 2022). For example ,
worksheet will allow student to practice new skill and gain knowledge in the class. The impact
of resource on learning is positive as it allow to assist in support students in learning as well
as it will helps students to understand and enjoy the lesson which will be taught by teacher.
Along with this, it helps students to understand the object of the lesson that teacher is trying to
convey them. Thus resources provides opportunity of learning to students and foster new way of
thinking about their own practices. The resources can be in form of both material and

technology like Google meet, books and journals. In addition to this, without resources it hard
for learner to understand things in effective manner as it act like notes. Hence, it has been proof

Need of theories in learning
Teacher can make use of theories like Maslow pyramid as it helps in establishing the needs
of different students as well as it will allow students to understand steps involved in working
with children and young adults (Kaukko and Wilkinson, 2020). Although when the topic is
related with interest of the students it is more likely to develop their interest in the subject and it
motivates them to learn about it. In addition to this, Bloom taxonomy theory will be used in
teaching the English grammar as it will show students and introduce them in receiving therapy
into activities involving into activities and enable them to learn and deal with difficult
situation and overcome difficult situation on individual basis. Moreover, there should be
flexibility in resources for extending learning opportunity
3.1 Ways in which resources can be classified and stored
The educational organization deals with the large number of resources such as teaching,
learning, staffing as well as students’ personal information data on a daily basis. Thus, it is
important for the educational organization to classify and stores all its resources in safe and
secure place. For example, the educational institution has library to store all the books,
assignments and reports of the students so that both teacher and students can review it at any
time. However, in order to properly classify those resources, it should be arranged in
Alphabetical order.
On the other hand, the electronic storage is the way where they can store the electronic
marksheet, staff and students’ personal details with the strong password so that no unauthorised
person can access it (Onyema, 2020). This is one of the best ways to store the confidential
resource of the educational institution and school within the organization. In electronic mode,
they can classify the file by saving the same with their specific names and in separate folder etc.
These are some of the ways to store and classify resources in school and college.

1.2 Effectiveness of resources in meeting individual learning needs
The learning resources plays vital role towards the enhancement of the learning process of
the learners. These resources may be lecture notes, written notes, slides, assessment etc. The
effective educational resources are very important for enhancing the learning and teaching as
well as improving the educational outcome for the students. For example, in the case of own
specialist area of English Grammar, it is important for the teacher that they used effective
learning resources in order to teach English grammar to students. Basically, English grammar is
one of the toughest as well as easiest subject depends on the way or resources teacher uses to
teach the same. In order to meet the individual learning needs, the teacher of English grammar
should adopt the following learning resources such as best book, motivation to student,
developing creativity, evoking prior knowledge, encouraging the process of learning through
games and jokes in the mid of class or session and contributing to the development of different
skills in students (Stachová and et.al., 2019).
This are some of the learning resources that are effective in meeting each students learning
needs. Further, in order to ensure the effectiveness of resources, it is important for the tutor of
specialist area to use emerging technology as well such as tablets, internet, chat rooms etc so that
student can learn as well as revise the grammar concept from anywhere and ask query to teacher
as well.
2.1 Analysis of principles of resource design
While designing any learning resources or material, it is important that educational bodies,
teachers and educational institute must follow the principle of resource design in order to
maintain the accuracy and reliability of learning resources. The principle of resource design is as
follows:
ï‚· Balanced: While designing the learning resources, it is important to make sure that
learning material promotes intellectual, moral, emotional and physical development along
with the specific subject knowledge. There must be balance among them.
ï‚· Rigorous: This principle indicate that the subject resources should be design as well as
taught in such a way that is faithful to its discipline (Mukred and et.al., 2019).

ï‚· Coherent: The content of the learning resources is design in coherent way that teacher
able to make explicit connection and link between different subjects.
ï‚· Vertically integrated: The designing of resources should be done in progression via
careful sequencing of the knowledge. The resources should provide clarity about the
important of subject.
ï‚· Appropriate: The learning resources should be design in appropriate manner which
avoid making unreasonable demands of the society. Only important content should be
involved in learning process without discriminating student based on its caste, colour etc.
ï‚· Focused: The content of the learning resources should be focused on the particular and
specific subject which helps the teacher and learners to identify big ideas in subject.
ï‚· Relevant: The resources content should be relevant to particular knowledge, subject and
also provide opportunity to learners (Mohammadian, 2019).
2.2 Evaluation of sources that inform resources development
There are various sources available to both teacher and students that inform resources
development in different specialist area. This helps the learners as well as tutors to learn and
teach new concept of the specific subject. For example, the sources that inform resources
development in the own specialist area of English grammar is includes library or study centre,
internet resources, formal resources such as subject journals etc. The learners can learn or read
English grammar books from library or study centre provided by educational institutions and
schools. There are various interest sources such as e-books, journals, websites, online articles
from that provide various learning resources to the students so that they can learn from anywhere
at any time (Bush, Bell and Middlewood, 2019). There are also formal resources such as subject
journal that inform resources development in the English grammar with the help of which the
learners can learn new concepts.
The online as well as offline sources in the present time of Covid-19 has helped the teacher
or students to continue with the educations. Also, vocational sector skills bodies are one of the
sources that inform resources development in different specialist area as well as own specialist
area of English grammar subject.

2.4 Analysis of way in which learning resources can be adapted in own specialist area
In order to adapt learning resources in own specialist area of English grammar, the one of
the significant ways is paper based. The paper-based resources help the students and teachers to
carry with themselves and keep it store in safe place. This is a way of adapting resources in
English grammar which does not harm the eyes and mind of the students which is possible in
case of electronic based resources. Changing paper colour and altering the font type and size of
the paper is also one of the adapting resources ways in order to create English grammar learning
resources more interactive (Ziegler, Debatin and Stoeger, 2019). For example, the most
significant and key concepts are written in bold, big font size and the paragraphs in small font
size. This helps the students to learn about the subject and understand what is important and what
is not that much important in resources. Further, involving charts and boxes is also important
way that should be adapted in the learning material of English grammar which include the points
to remember.

3.2 Ways of sharing resources with other learning professionals
Sharing learning resources with the other professional is must in the teaching and educational
field in order to enhance the learning process and development of students. There are basically
three main ways through which learning professionals can share learning resources with each
other are as follows:
ï‚· Identifying common resources: This is one of the ways which indicate that teachers
should identify the common resources which they can use in their subject or specialist
area. After identification, the two parties should communicate with each other in order to
share the learning resources with each other.
ï‚· Creating and using central resource bank: This is another way which indicate that
creating and using central resource bank. In this, the professional together create a central
resources bank from where all the professionals can share the resources with each other.
This is one of the best ways that help the learning professional to share resources without
any difficulty (Neumann, Orr and Muuß-Merholz, 2018).
ï‚· Networking with interesting parties: The networking with the interesting parties is also
one of the ways through which learning professionals can share learning resources with
each other. Here, basically they need to communicate with the other professional about
their specialist area and the resources they have.

Nowdays with the change in environment it is important for teacher to come up with
innovative ideas to meet the needs of the learner. It need to design the resources in order to

can be used to teach students such as Smart class it is one of the best ways to teach students as
well as to make them learn things properly. In addition to this, smart class allows student to take
the notes and it allow them to learn through images and audios (Tadesse, Manathunga and
Gillies, 2020). Moreover, technology like Google meet has allowed students and teacher to
interact with each even if they are living in remote area. Although form teaching the special
area like English grammar teacher can make use of Oxford Modern English tool as it will help
in giving deeper understanding of how English language work and covers both American and
British basic a grammar point. Although Purdue online written Lab is English language learning
resources which allow teacher to make the student learn thing effectively. There has been
website known as grammar monster which offers both quick information and detailed
explanation about everything related to English and there is option of testing each section so
student can understand the sections contents.
Employing teaching activity
The current generation of learners are more related to digital natives and regularly consuming
and engaging through internet or electronic device. Along with this, today teaching practice as
well as methods to include variety of strategies are actively engage and genuinely reach
learners in meaningful ways. In order to teach student English grammar and to make use of
resource inquiry model can be used as children are naturally curious and OWIS inquiry based
model helps in learning about their traits. In addition to this, teacher will motivate and invite
students to identifying and ask question about their lessons (IÅžIK and et.al., 2021) . Although
teachers also provide children time, materials and space to self explore as well as research and
identify possible solutions to their questions. This way of employing teaching will help the
children in maintain their active role in the education and ask the answer questions. Moreover,
peer tutoring and assessment activities require students to understand the subject material as in
this learner teach the concept, explains the ideas and plan the educational activities. Thus, peer
tutoring and assessment helps in discovering and receiving feedback as well as evaluate their
own learning.
Evaluation of resources
The learning activities which I have used is co –operative learning, inquiry , graphic and

divided in small group and they are working together on particular group through co operative
learning. It is one of the m effective way of teaching as it will allow to evaluate the amount of
thinking skills and develops social interaction and support variety understanding . Moreover, it
will contribute in expanding students maintenance, builds self confidence and promotes good
mentality towards the subject. Moreover , cooperative learning will allow the students to build
oral communication and it allows students to engage more with others as well as build relation
with them. I have adopted this type of learning as it will contribute in motivating students
regarding own learning as well as critical thinking through discussion and students will have
ability to deal with the alternative point of view. However, some of the disadvantage of
cooperative learning is that students may create dynamic group and it can lead in creating
problems and conflicts between parties (Saraç, 2018). It can also lead in uneven work load as
slow learner will be depended on smart learners. Moreover, inquire based model has been in
which case study has been given to student and this will enable them to create investigation and
interview skill that will result in making the subject more significant. Although curiosity
prepares and stimulates the brain for learning and the students gets and hold more facts and it
enhance comprehension of core concepts and students can discover themselves. Thus, it helps
in building self course and improve transferable skill as well as it is an opportunity to make
use of different instruction techniques engaging in various learning style of students.
Identifying own strength and areas of improvement in teaching
It is necessary for teacher to improve their strength and resources in order to improve their
teaching abilities. Along with this, when teacher identify their skills it helps in improving the
quality of education.
Strength: During the teaching I have analyzed that my communication skill was good as I was
easily able to communicate my thoughts and ideas. In addition to this, I have also analyzed that
my innovative and creative thinking ability is also good as I came up with various mode of
teaching so that attention can be given on each and every student(Hood and et.al., 2020)t.
However, skill must be improved and better used for the benefits of the student as it is the duty
of teacher that their student have learned the lesson properly.
Weakness: However, I need to work on my time management skill as I was not able to
distribute the time according to teaching techniques and due to that some of the lesson has not be
covered properly.

Teaching is very technical process where the teacher influence the learner in such a way that
the learner is able to get knowledge through the help of teacher (Cook and Rao, 2018). Along
with this, educator need to listen to the problem of students and improve listening skill as it is

technology in order to develop presentation skill and learn about modern and new technique
