INTRODUCTION
Employability skills can include the ability to analyze and critically evaluate information
communicating effectively with individual organizations or group. It can also include producing
accurate records and making informed decisions within health and social care settings. These can
be effective for continuous professional development (Lisá and et. al., 2019).
MAIN BODY
Health and social care professionals need to ensure that they must possess some skills and
knowledge which can be effective in delivering healthcare services to the patient. In this, they
need to develop some skills which are necessary to reflect better services to their passion for
improved health (Sarfraz and et. al., 2018). Moreover, it can include various possible
development and training. It can also include maintaining motivation that can allow learning
different new skills that can enable healthcare professionals to improve their health care services.
Through enhancing their employability skills that can reflect values, behavior and compassion.
There are various employability skills which may include problem-solving skills, teamwork and
collaboration, oral or written communication skills, decision-making skills, positive attitude and
many more.
Through processing the critical thinking and problem-solving skill it can enable
healthcare professionals to take care of the patient and enable to think about during the critical
situation (Hall and et. al., 2019). It can also allow them to improve their quality of service during
an emergency. Through improving teamwork and collaboration, it can allow healthcare
professionals to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and delivering of
healthcare services to the patient for improved health. This can also enable them to establish
good relationships with other healthcare professionals for the patient and their family members.
This can allow to improve the quality of healthcare services and help in improving patient's
health.
Oral and written communication skill can also allow healthcare professionals to improve
their communication and establish better relationships with other working staff or patients. This
can enable them to reduce the communication gap and help to communicate more effectively
which can help them in delivering of healthcare services (Wehman and et. al., 2020). This can
also enable to share the information effectively with others and get information from others. Oral

continuous professional development and improve their quality of care services (Flack and et. al.,

From the above discussion, it can be concluded that different skills are necessary for the
health care professional to improve theirs in skill which may include teamwork, collaboration,
effective communication, leadership, problem-solving and decision making. This can enable
