INTRODUCTION
Developing individuals is an process in which person will improve as well as improve
their skills and capabilities. Basically employees are the main asset for every business
organization because they perform their activities for attaining their target which contribute in
overall success of the company in most effective manner (Bello-Gualtero and et. al., 2016). In
this manager play important role in providing them better training and development session for
enhance their productivity level. With the help of this firm easily take competitive advantage at
market place. Present report is based on Whirlpool, in this HR manager wants to provide duties
to their staff members in order attain set target in appropriate time frame. This report discussed

it is important for individual to document entire things to keep record in an effective way. This
procedure used by business organization at the time of training and development plan. With the

the employees at workplace. For attaining better results company adopt human resource
management to manage entire activities.
Further, it has been assessed that HR professionals also provide development to its staff
members to improve their capabilities which directly contribute in overall success of the

which aid in competing employees task with more effectiveness. By this staff members easily
