Case Study
AI Summary
This case study explores the development and hosting of a Human Resource Management (HRM) applications suite on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud. It delves into the relevant aspects of AWS, specifically focusing on Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) models, crucial for building and managing the HRM system. The study examines the design considerations for storing and manipulating both structured (relational) and semi-structured (key-value and document-oriented) data, essential for handling diverse HR data. It discusses the utilization of AWS services to support these data management requirements, including the use of Structured Query Language (SQL) and NoSQL databases. The paper provides insights into how cloud computing, particularly AWS, can be leveraged to create a scalable, cost-effective, and efficient HRM application suite, including aspects such as employee data management, job-related information, appraisals, and self-service portlets for various HR functions. The case study is based on the assignment brief to provide reasonably detailed advice for planning and scoping purposes for the cloud-based system to be developed.

Introduction
Cloud computing is the on-demand delivery process for the applications, storage of database,
power computation as well as the IT resources. This is the cloud computing service for the
business to the service platform that is via the internet with the system of pay-as-you-go for the
pricing. The primary purpose of the paper is to provide the effective view on the process of cloud
computing and the infrastructure that is essential for the development of HRM application within
the market. The paper also discussion regarding the effective structured language that is being
utilized for the development of HRM application.
HRM application on the AWS cloud
Cloud computing is the process of providing effective and valuable developers and the
information technology department that primarily focus on the procurement maintenance along
with the capacity planning. The cloud serving system allows the improvement of technology to
provide an effective function in the development process in the community (Saxena, Kaushik,
Kaushik, and Dwivedi, 2016). The AWS or the Amazon Web Service offers the most effective
and the valuable process by providing effective information technology infrastructure service to
various businesses as the primary web server. One of the primary benefits that are being
provided by the process of cloud computing is the primary opportunity for the replacement of the
upfront capital infrastructure with the low variable cost according to the business. In the present
day, the AWS is providing effective and valuable IT platform for improving the business all over
the world (Wang et al., 2016). The cloud computing models that could be developed within the
process effectively developed the firm. It can be seen that IaaS that is Infrastructure as a Service,
then the PaaS that is Platform as a Service and the last one is the SaaS that is Software as a
Service. These are the vital process for the business to maintain their technology and their
valuable working function within the market.
The IaaS is the model that provides the highest level of flexibility along with the management
control over the information technology resources for the development of the business process.
This process is easier, more cost-efficient as well as faster within the field to maintain the IT
working function within the field (Docs.aws.amazon.com, 2018). Though IaaS is flexible at the
same time it faces some of the huge problems in the process regarding billing for the business.
This process is highly effective in the value of planned-based cloud system to maintain the

billing process of the firm. On the other hand, PaaS is the Platform as a Service generally
removes the need for the firm and management of the infrastructure for focusing on the
deployment along with the management of the applications. It can be seen that the PaaS provider
is gradually developing the supplies the resilient along with the optimized for the installation of
the application and the data set (Karabayeva, 2016). The planned based cloud system allows the
infrastructure process for understanding the application and the valuation process within the
market. AWG utilise the IaaS and the PaaS infrastructure model for the development of cloud
computing within the field.
The structured query language is generally used for the definition as well as manipulating the
data within the field. This is extremely powerful for the process of cloud computing and
providing an effective view of the service provided by Amazon. This is one of the most versatile
as well as the widely utilised option within the field for the development of complex queries
within the field. In most of the cases, it can be seen that the structured query language is
generally in the form of restrictive (Kumar, 2016). It can be seen from the facts that the
structured query language required the predefined schemas for determining the structure of the
data. On the other hand, it can be seen that unstructured data or the NoSQL database is the
process where data is being stored in a numerous way. It is quite flexible in the term of document
creation for the structure definition in the first time and also the syntax can be varied from the
database to the database within the field (Chong, Wong, and Wang, 2014). It is the effective way
of providing the column structured to maintain the working function within the field of the
development process for the firm. The cloud computing process in this effectively helps to
maintain the IT in the HRM application process.
In the AWS the cloud service needs to provide the valuable need for the HRM application within
the field. It provides the effective benefits for the web-scale computing process and also for the
flexible cloud hosting the service for the development of the business process. The structured
query language is the most effective and the valuable process to maintain the cloud service for
the business (Chondamrongkul, 2016). It allows the business to maintain their data system with
the protected field for the improvement of numerous actions in the field. This is vital for the
increment of the process in the development of valuable cloud computing for the firm. The
structure query language helps the business to maintain the entire working function in the

restricted field which in most of the case is effective for the development of valuable process
within the field (Raj, and Of-telecommunication, 2015). It can be seen that the entire working
function of the information technology for the development of HRM application needs to be
performed for the business to maintain their valuable function. This effectively improves the
working function within the market for the development of the valuable process in HRM
application with the help of cloud computing.
Conclusion
The paper eventually concludes the fact that AWS is one of the best cloud computing software
within the field which effectively provides the valuable process for the development of the
business. The paper also concludes that the IaaS along with the PaaS and the SQL is the best and
the most suitable form for the development of HRM application within the cloud computing
process. It is highly essential for the business to improve their working function within the field
and develop the information technology resources.
