INTRODUCTION
In relation to business organisations, a team or any individual plays a very significant role
for the purpose to manage their business activities and forming companies. In context to any
organisation, it is very important to have the right people who are trained, skilled and qualified

to grow. The organisation chosen for this report is Rolls-Royce Holdings PLC. It is a British
Based multinational defence and aerospace organisation founded in 2011 and headquartered in
London, United Kingdom. In this report, it involves the creation of the professional development
plan and assessment of the personal skills audit in relation to the management of the
organisation. The report further comprises of the learning cycle theories used in the organisation
and evaluation of the various implications of high performance working that comprises of
competitive edge, conceptualization and employee involvement. The report further involves the
initiatives used for the purpose to improve performance working. In context to any organisation,
the process of learning, training and development plays a really important role.

to hire the best employees for the organisation and providing them training. The HR managers
working in the organisation has the major responsibility in order to carry out various business
activities in the organizations and with the help of effective plan it helps in achieving the goals
