business at retail industry. It is founded by Joseph Hepworth in the year 1864 (Beevers and Rea,
2016). Topics included in this report are related to employees skills, knowledge and behaviour
required by HR professionals. Along with this, it will also include factors which is essential to be
consider when implementing as well as evaluating inclusive learning and development as well as
