Benefits of high performance work system
High town housing should emphasize employees’ involvement and reflect a commitment
to creating an organisational culture based upon commitment rather than control. In this system
the employees are expected to be well qualified, highly competent, and constantly engaging to
improve the organisation.
ENSURING EMPLOYEE SECURITY
It ensures employees security, high town housing should use HPSW system to create high
trusting partnership with the employees that build commitment and promote extra-mile and extra

and other factors that do not change and through training improve these abilities for long term
benefits.
DECENTRALIZED DECISION MAKING
If high town housing is adopting HPSW system than the company should delegate the
decision making throughout the organisation and empower their employee to deliver outstanding
services to the customer and achieve optimal results (Davie and Nutley 2000). So the company
must employ well trained and skilled employees whom the senior manager can trust to take
correct decisions. This will not only speed up the decision making process but also encourage
employee motivation and they will take initiative to do make work themselves.
HIGH RESULT BASED COMPENSATION
Compensating employees contingent upon organization performance is most effectively
adopted as part of a high-performance culture that incorporates profit sharing throughout an
organization. High town housing should follow this basic technique to combine the individual
goal to the organisation goal and achieve maximum growth of the organisation. This should be
developed at all level of the organisation to increase employee’s awareness for their role in
contributing toward profitability(Davie and Nutley 2000).
TRAINING BY COMMITMENT
High town housing should train their employee with a view focused upon training by
commitment which means training employees to resolve problem, take responsibility, and take
initiative in suggesting changes in the organisation (Holden, Pager, Golenko and Ware 2012).
Over the time researches have shown that evidence which has suggested that engaging employee
in work related team increases their ownership and commitment to the critical organisational
goals.
REDUCES STATUS BARRIER
The basic assumption of HPSW is that there should not be any inequality or use of any
symbols like language, dress, physical space, hate of speech etc., high town housing should keep
this in mind as if any of this happens in the organisation then it may affect the brand image and
goodwill of the organisation. The employee should be valued by reducing this status barrier by
