challenging tasks that others were unable to solve at once. Furthermore, I have very good
leadership skills that allowed me to work in smooth manner and delegate various roles and
responsibilities to the diverse team members. Also, I was able to handle the team queries of the
my team members in much better manner without creating any types of conflicts within my
teammates.
Weakness: Moreover, I have analysed that my communication skills are not very good
due to which I am not able to properly interact with my other team members in efficient
manner. Also, due to this I was unable to keep my opinions in front of other team members to
carry out certain task and activities. Also, I have examined that I am little bit weak in managing
the time to carry out all my daily task on the given time-frame and due to this I had missed
several deadlines and left certain task even undone. Thus, it has impacted my efficiency and
productivity on the large scale. Furthermore, when the work is not managed than I have realized
that I lose my patience level due to which either I did things wrong or remain in stress for
prolonged period.
Opportunities: Attending the HR development conference in the coming months will
help me to increase the knowledge in how things are carried out in practical business
environment (Dalcher, 2022). Also, doing the internship program in any of the reputed firm
would help in increasing the skills and would allow in carrying out certain HR duties at the
workplace. Furthermore, there are various opportunities that are available in the market
relating to seminars where the chances of increasing the social networking is also much higher.

some of the skills are present inside me to made to that post but even though I lack certain
amount of skill that is required to work actively and produce best results in the diverse team.
Moreover, I have realized that skill such proper time management is not only good for the
current HR post that I am aspiring but it is also beneficial for my own personal growth so that
there is no negativity and stressful environment while working in the future .
Furthermore, having right amount of creativity skill will help me to survive on HR post
