A company is considered as a business venture in which numbers of
individual are employees as well as they performed their work so
their organization able to attain their desire target as well as goal in
successful manner. Organization given for respective presentation is
Hightown Housing Association that is registered in the 1967 as well
as they are operating at different locations i.e. Hertfordshire,
Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Berkshire.
Introduction

High performance work practices (HPWPs) can be characterized as
practices that have been appeared to improve an association's ability

Association also need to develop competitive advantage on its
competitors as well as it will also need to increase employee’s
