it will only be beneficial for the sole person. It will be advantageous for him as when or if he
changes his job and leaves the company those skills will be added into his profile which will
become beneficial for another company (Ward and et.al., 2018).
Organizational Learning-
All the aspects of learning such as individual, inter organizational etc. all of these
contributes to the communities of learning for the company as a whole. The process of
organizational learning states that on the basis of function they are gaining the knowledge which
is related to adapting and bringing the change in the environment so that efficiency of it can be
increased. For instance companies such as Toyota, Hightown Housing goes beyond the depth of
this aspect to make it effective. If there is requirement to fix the root cause then they will fix it.
In the process of taking out the cause and mistakes every individual to group learns to handle
these things (Ahmed and Kassem, 2018).
Training and Development-
This aspect is the one which deals with giving and providing all the instructions to
employees so that they can understand the method and gain the knowledge which concerns the
information of technical knowledge. This is the difference between training and development
and organizational learning. Other than it this also undertakes to train the employees of the
company with machines so that they can use it in a better way and perform more so that
efficiency of the company can be increased. The department of development is a bit different
from training as it looks after the growth of education and maturity of people in positions that are
managerial. The process of development is concerned with the relation that helps them to gain
insight work on the attitude, adapt the new trends, relations with other people and skills required
for leadership (Gentle and Clifton, 2017).
