INTRODUCTION
Three elements such as individuals, organisations and teams are very important aspects,
because within this an industry can not achieve high performance and profit. A single people
who is considered from the rest of the team is known as individual. A social part of persons is

situation. The development and growth of employees which are helpful and beneficial in

essential in determining the skills, experience, behaviour and core competencies of individual in
business for increasing their performance of working. It is needed for HR administrator is to
promote or motivate the workers. So in this their morale that will be increased and they work for
attaining the objectives and goals of organisation. Several are benefits related to teams, person
and organisation which are as follows:
