INTRODUCTION
Leadership and management is termed as the activity in division that are important in the
business and it lead the global group together by maintaining all of them in a suitable way in
which they have been go through with several problems and deals with them in the business of
management (Demir, 2022). It is the fundamental aspect in which the staff faculty demands and
their requirements are involved by which they can feel satisfied with their job rules in the
management. Their accountable for encouraging their workers and staff faculty by which they
can have effective groups that supports them in achieving managerial targets. This project will
involve the leadership managerial models that are covered the strength and as well as weakness
of respective at the time of leading their group. At last it involves suitable sections to overcome
the weakness and respect to managing the effective working of the team.
TASK
Leadership and management
It is a significant component of the management leadership behaviour that can be
maintained on managing the global surrounding in that every work in hands their dealings.
Leadership is termed as the capability to influence and drive the sections towards the common
target of the company. The leader should have aspect in which they can become affective by
having effective leadership quality. They create and manages their strategies and maintain their
challenging aspect with others. The management required effective leadership quality to boost up
their managerial level as effectively.
It is termed as the dealing that a critical at all divisions of the company. At all division it
involves the superior criteria by managing the coordinating dealing in managing of plants and as
well as scheduled. It involve the section for execution of the strategies and program that are
frame by top management level (Mahlangu, and Moloto, 2022). It also exercises by promoting
and counselling of the subordinate while execution of approaches. It is the framework that are
existed in the management in which they have to present the company at webinars conferences
and so on. The also involves suitable rules to interact the sections of the management at frequent
terms. Their also responsible for the leading areas as well.

Theories of leadership and management
Autocratic - It is also termed as authoritarian leadership that is the framework that offer
effective and suitable theory by which data needed to be presented at the time of
completing the sources. It manages distinct motive of the following objective between
leaders and as well as other staff faculty.
Democratic - It is a manner in that the leaders are sharing the manner of decision making
skills with the suitable aspect of group leaders by advancing the interest of the group
members. It involve the sort of leader that are efficient and managers had a term of
productivity in hands to the contribution level from the team member and managers that
spirit of the group (Richardson, 2022).
Self-reflection
As in context to the leader, they have suitable sections of quality that is why they are
potential and experienced individual who are capable to lead the group. As I am performing my
task in an international management that operates in offering the products and as well as
facilities to the customer base. I am working as the leader and managing several divisions of
criteria in the organisation on constant basis. I am leading my global team at worldwide level by
managing 32 40 staff faculty who are experienced and potential and have willing to do
something extraordinary. With it I also try to maintain them as similarly as my leader tries to do
with me. I make decisions as per to them by which they can feel comfort with me and share their
oriented ideas and thoughts by which we can overcome the risk factor from the company. I have
also sections of abilities of maintain the further more activities and as well as other functions
with my team members. I have effective communication abilities that makes me more
communicated and more influenced towards my team faculty and another organisational group. I
am managing top executive level and as well as lower executive level by which I can gain
effective term of abilities and learning experience from them. But apart from this I have some
weakness in which I have to face several issues in terms of decision making that I am still on my
learning division (Scamardo, and Harnden, 2022). At it is not enough effective to gain
experience in order to learn. Without managing my several capabilities and other issues it will
not easy for me to manage is my success as global level with my team members.

Me and my team members I started conducted attending several training start our
conducted by our senior executives in which we have learned several personality
development courses.
The time of initiating I felt quite nervous because I have to lead suitable team in future so
it will be a you task for me that makes me more stressed but after this training is
supported me in evaluating and analysing all the key factors in the company.
The management have effective surrounding by which I have to follow all suitable
aspects and positive criteria towards the management and also it will supported me in
leading the group (STANSFIELD, and GILROY, 2022).
After and answering my abilities in respect to enhance my week points I also check the
by resolving several problems of my team and I have also created this ability with the
deep executions of the problems.
At last it involve the criteria and it motivates me to do some extraordinary every day. It
also raised my confidence level and other personalized and as well as professionalism
abilities that makes me feel satisfied in a suitable manner.
CONCLUSION
From the above mentioned report it has been concluded that the respective in management have
certain division that can be maintained with leadership and management who have both same
rolls in which they have to maintain the group and their functions to supervise the workers at
global level. It also involve the criteria of the staff faculty who are also managing several
problems but why dipping suitable term of the strategies it will be easy for them to overcome it
in an effective and as well as an efficient manner.
