development. I have witnessed that I am good at communication skills which allows me to have
better interaction with members. By having an improved focus on the communication skills the
better sharing of information can be taken into account while having interaction with local and
international customers (Cassidy, 2016). Improved level of verbal and non verbal communication
assist in interacting with people who belongs to different cultures. Communication skills are
major part of personal and professional development because it facilitates in building better
relationship with members. It also improves the level of commitment and assist in meeting
objectives.
Time management also plays a significant role in the career development so I also need to
ensure about it effectively. I have to deal with number of operational activities while having a
participation in TUI. Due to lack of time management skills I face issues in regard to long term
sustainability. It also impacts the effectiveness of activities which might be critical issue for me.
