INTRODUCTION
Leadership and management is the action and department that is consisted in
management as it takes the whole team together by managing all of them in an effective manner
they have been go through with the various issues and other deals that is occurs with in the
business administration. It is core management that looks out on the employees requirements and
there desires so that they can feel satisfied with their jobs and in the workplace. They are
responsible for motivating there employees and staff members so that they can have the good
team that helps in attaining business goals. This report will cover the leadership and
management theories further more it will explain the strength and weakness individual have
while leading a team. Finally it will explain that how an individual will work on weaknesses
in order to make the working effective.
MAIN BODY
As an important factor of management leadership behaviour stresses upon making s
surrounding in which each and every employee improves and excels. Leadership is stated as
the capability to attract and drive the units practices towards the finishes the company
objectives. A manager should have traits of a leader, they must possess leadership quality.
They develops and began strategies that make and sustain rivalry benefits. Company needs
robust leadership and boost management for raising company efficiency.
It is a function that is crucial at all levels of management . In the level where all are
superiors is crucial for having cooperation in making of plans and strategies. In the middle
level it is needed for interruption and implementation of strategies and events structured by
the top management. It can be practices via advice and counselling of the subordinate at the
time of implementation of policies. It is the body that presents of the business , they have to
show the business at webinars , conferences , basic meetings and many others there role is
to communicate the rational of the business to outside public. They are also liable of the
own areas which they leads.
some theories of leadership and management -
1. Autocratic - it is also known as authoritarian leadership it is a method which gives
clear assumption for what is required to be done, and when it should be done. This
has a clear vision of the aims among leader and team members.

2. Democratic - it is a way in which leaders sharing the decision making capability
with the units group members by promoting the interest of the team members. This
kind of leaders Is most effective and makes high productivity , improved contribution
from the group members and gain the team spirit.
Self reflection -
As a leader they have multidimensional quality that why the skilled and experienced
person leads the team . As I am working in the multinational company which deals in serving
the goods and services and in that company I am working as leader I have joined company in
last to last year and previously I had a experience of leading a team . I lead a team of 20 to 25
members and all member are good and skilled . Along with that as a leader I try to manage
them all equally also I always tries to make a good relation with them so that they can share
there personal and professional issues that they are facing. I have a ability of seeing and
analyses the upcoming activity by the operations. I have a good communication skills that
makes me more interacted with my team members and other management teams. I have to
coordinate with top level and middle level so that work can be done accordingly. But I have
some lacking points like I always have issues in solving the problems of company. As I am
still on learning stage.
It is not sufficient easily to have an experienced in order to learn. Without reflection
upon this learnings it may rapidly be forgotten, or its learnings capability lost.
1. I and my other peer had started taking classes or training by senior subordinates I also
started taking personality development classes.
2. While starting I feel quite nervous as I have not yet lead a huge team previously I
have group of 4 to 5 members and most of them are my friends. But now all I have to
lead numerous team all members are supportive they all help me in understanding the
operations.
3. The company has a healthy surrounding although all have the positive attitudes towards
the company and also they all have assist me in leading a team.
4. After improving my skills in order to improve my weak points I have checked by
resolving issues of the team and I had seen that I have develop this skills with the deep
analysis of the issues .

5. I have raised my confidence and interpersonal skills my team members are feeling
happy and satisfied while working with me.

It is concluded from above report that business has the specific department that is of
leadership and management they both have similar responsibility as they have to manage the
team and its operations, they have to look out on the employees needs which are included in
there teams also they have been go through the issues which they have to resolve . In above
report it is explained that how these members work and how they work on their
responsibilities.
