INTRODUCTION
Leadership and management seems to be important in the organization while through
which the organization can easily make sure about their succession. Although also have their
goals and objective to be complete while by using the various kinds of strategies (Lubis and
et.al., 2021). Leadership and management are required for every organization from which
company come to know about various things which might be important for them in having their
better future aspects. This report explain about the leadership and management capabilities for
having the relevant academic and range of leadership and management while for developing the
various activities as member of team.
MAIN BODY
Leadership and management capabilities
Leadership and management skills must be important while for having the better goals
and objective in the organization. I think leadership and management should be set up while
having positive thinking and various path for the improvement for their other team members.
Here are some of the leadership and management strength and their weakness:
Leadership strength:-
Self awareness must be important for me while having the better leadership skills. While
through which I come to know about those things which could be important that can help for
some other people in developing the management position (Little and Bendell, 2021). I also think
that the democratic leadership style can be followed while for having better development and
easily make sure about those things which might be important for them in making the better
skills and make sure about my knowledge.
Leadership weakness:-
I have analysed about the underestimation of the leadership in which the autocratic in
which I come to know about the various things which might be lacking behind. Along with this
also I have not planned much ideas and many other things which could be important for me
while for making the organization more working (Guskey, 2021). Conflict and communication
skills which might be required to fulfil. Sometime I failed to set some of the clear expectation for

the members and that could required to make sure about those thing which could be also
important.
Management strength:-
I think that management in the organization must be have much reliability towards their
work and also make sure about those things which might be important for having the better
estimation for the development. I also think about the motivation for the member and keep them
connected with the other people (Harris and et.al., 2021). Hence, this could be also important
while for making connection with other people and make sure about the communication and
decision making skills must be important. I have also analysed about better decision making and
communication skills towards employee.
Management weakness:-
I think that I need to develop lack of confidence and having the poor team building skills.
Therefore, I think that this might be also important for me in taking any decision for the people
who are working and make sure about those things which could be important for me (Angouria-
Tsorochidou, Teigiserova and Thomsen, 2021). Hence, this could also help me for taking any
decision and make sure about those things which could be important for the organization.
Leadership and management required to be developed.
I think that management and leadership must be important for the organization for which
they can executing operational tasks and many other process. This might be also important for
knowing about the planning, staffing, controlling and implementing that could be increased. I
have also analysed about those things which could be important for the good leaders not in
performing will without having the management skills and manager cannot achieve the goals
while without having the leadership skills (Or and Berkovich, 2021). The competencies and
concepts which might be required while for having the better establishment and easily make sure
about those things which could be important in having the goal and objective. I come to know
about for being the better leader and manager the skills must be required for having the better
future aspects and make sure about those things which might be important in making the
organization well at market position.
Model of framework that can be tailored that can be needed to be completed and make
sure about the operational structure which seems to be important and might be focus on the
people of leadership. Along with operational excellence, personal effectiveness, better business

relationship with the other people in organization and also make their workplace better.
Gradually, management effectiveness is being directly related to the organizational performance
and make proper competitive advantages. Leadership and management in the organization can
