INTRODUCTION
Human resource management is concerned with having strategic approach to effective
and efficient management of people in organization so that competitive advantages can be
derived. In the current era, having effective human resource management strategy is important in
turn gaining the reliable ability to management & monitor staff of organization to receive. The
current report is based on central London the European Club which has mission of offering high
quality hospitality service at affordable price. Current report will pay attention on examining h
the impact of h different management and leadership theories on organizational
strategy and structure. M this will provide insights about impact of organizational strategies,
structures and culture on the management of HR. Preset report will give emphasis on analyzing
the effectiveness of current HRM of Clubhouse and link between leadership & management of
human resource management. This will aid in gaining appropriate information about analysis of
how the existing culture and structure of the Club House might impact on the success and the
motivation of the staff. The report will give emphasis on developing, monitoring and evaluating
leadership strategy that supports development or revision of Club House mission, vision, values
and objectives.

Management theories refers to the collection of ideas that recommend general rules for
how to manage an organization. There are several forms of the rules and regulations which are
developed by business in order to ensure that effective outcome is provided via particular
formulated rule and regulations (Armstrong and Brown, D., 2019). There are different kinds of
the management theories that helps business to get accurate instructions for managing the
overall practices in turn higher productive outcomes can be derived. The different management
theories are scientific, principle of administration, bureaucratic, human relation, system,
contingency, etc. Each theory possesses pros and cons which impact organizational structure and
strategy. Formulation of strategy which possess ability to deliver accurate outcomes that can
increase ability to grab opportunities in market via ensuring optimum utilization of resources.
This permit the organizational structure to function in precise and disciple manner in order to get

ability to operate in higher professional manner so that managing staff and other resources to
achieve objectives can become possible. In the Club House (CH), there is inappropriate
management structure which is negatively affecting the overall practices. It is not enabling the
firm to take appropriate strategy & formulate relevant structure that can enhance its overall
functioning in effective manner. This indicates that CH require to apply relevant management
theory to improve overall functioning.
Leadership is one of the significant component that play crucial role in impacting the
organizational processing (Lee, 2021). There is availability of distinct leadership theories which
are basically adopted by leaders in firm in order to influence employees in positive manner.
Contingency, situational, transactional, transformational, behavioural, great man and trait are the
different leadership theories. This impact the organizational structure via helping people to grow
and develop via setting relevant & measurable goals in turn opportunity to accomplish role &
responsibilities in higher effective pattern can be done. It as well contributes in developing
trustworthiness environment which motivates & enhances morale to give full potential so that
greater productivity to make organizational structure smooth can be exerted.
From the evaluation it can be interpreted that CH is ineffectively performing due to
inappropriate application of leadership strategy that is resulting into dissatisfaction & change
resist behaviour among employees that is adversely affecting overall performance of company.
On the basis of this it can be interpreted that following the significant management &
leadership strategy is important for the business to get the higher productiveness in offering
quality service.

& objectives so that relevant strategy formulation to meet these requirements can become
possible. The specified business has strategy of offering quality service with low cost in turn
employees can properly follow certain criteria. There is lack of effective organizational strategy

attain goal of business. Club House does not possess the effective organization structure as not
able to overcome the prevailing challenges such as ineffective employee retention, inability to
encourage staff, implementing change management, etc activities which is adversely affecting
its functioning. This affects the HR functions, role and engagement conducting ability, etc. that
is not allowing firm to have relevant recruitment, performance appraisal, retention and other
activities which is negatively affecting firm.
Organizational culture of CH refers to the shared value, beliefs, attitude, etc. possessing
within firm. This play significant role in influencing behavior of employees and deciding their
motivation to accomplishing the overall functioning (Anjum, Ming and Puig, 2022). This has
impact on the level of training & development, feedback mechanism and performance appraisal
activities exerted to encourage employees. In the Club House does not implements such HRM
activities as there is low esteem and not obeying rules culture is possessing. On the basis of this
it can be identified that firm’s strategy, structure and culture affect HR management.
Determining effectiveness of the current Club House HRM and the link between leadership &
management and human resource management
From the evaluation it can be interpreted that there is ineffective method for managing the
overall operational practices is implemented in Club house which is adverse influence on its
ability to attain success. The main reason behind the ineffective execution in firm is due to
improper application of change management in order incline productivity and competitiveness
of staff. There is higher level of manual work for reservation for room, restaurant, etc. facilities.
There is lack of discipline is prevailing in internal environment which is affecting firm by
influencing its hierarchy that needs change. In order to retain employees, there is absence of

training which is leading to dissatisfaction among employees and resulting into increase staff
turnover.
There is significant level of relationship between the leadership, management and HRM
practices. The one of the crucial objective of organization is to implement such course of action
which can contribute in attaining success in most effectual pattern. Leadership is basically
concerned with gaining the ability by individual in organization to influence attitude &
behaviour of staff to move towards specific direction. The leader in enterprise is responsible for
offering instructions & support to employees to accomplish roles & responsibilities.
Management of the firm is highly dependent of the type of leadership approach followed as
giving instructions, following pattern of allocating roles, etc. practices is done on the basis of
this. Human resource management of firm is accountable for recruiting, managing, and
monitoring the staff related activities through ensuring having positive impact on company’s
growth & development. There is linkage with leadership & management as implementing
strategy, acceptance of new actions, etc. highly dependent on type of management & leadership
approach followed.

There is change resist culture is prevailing in the Club House which is unable to encourage
staff to adopt innovative course of action to accomplish their duties. For achieving the success,

environment which can allow to coordinate with changing circumstance of organization
(Rehman and Khatoon, 2022). The exiting culture of organization is not able to offer motivation
which is affecting the quality performance which can adversely affect the functioning of the
organization.
Structure of Club House is found to be in relevant hierarchical manner but there is lack
level of discipline and ability to implement strict rules and regulations. Employees of the
specified firm is eliminating any implementation of change course of action and highly rely on
previous method of working. On the basis this, it can be interpreted that internal management of
firm in terms of culture and structure are inappropriate that require significant extent of change
in turn better performance to offer higher quality of service with minimum cost. This might not
permit to firm to optimize resources, meet deadlines, attain quality performance, higher revenue

management actions.

suitable strategy to enhance motivation among staff to adopt innovative practices to achieve

Club House to attain success and stabilize in sector. The implementation of effective training
for executing the project can help in meeting specified objective.
