direction of activity, criticism and inviting unreal. Thus, the use of these principles are used by
teacher in order to develop a good relationship between the student and teacher. These principles
assist teacher to reduce the chance of failure at each stage and provide an opportunity to

assist me to determine the target which particular area of learning needs to be developed in order
to meet the learning goals. For example, using VARK model, a student also assist to determine
their strength and weakness and thus, it is the main reason of using initial and diagnostic

show weekly and monthly progress of the student. Moreover, I also use summative assessment
