The developing managers is the key aspect that relates to the up gradation of skills and
knowledge of the executives so that they can justify the position they hold. By developing the
managers company can assure they perform beyond their potential and give support towards
attainment of strategic aims and objectives of company. The manager play a crucial role in the
company it help in assuring that business progress towards it vision and mission. In addition

important for entity to check their continuous development through training sessions etc. This
will further help in developing their management, leadership, critical thinking, decision making

Starbucks which are reputed names within hospitality industry. The comparison between
different management styles of cited companies will be provided. Discussion about the 5

skills support career development in a business will be provided. Thereafter, career and personal
development needs, present performance and future needs to design development plan in specific
business will be provided.

on the another hand Savoy hotel used Autocratic leadership style , Here we compare both

communicate each and every guest , they support and encourage them to individual
