The developing manager is a main part of organization that improves the skills and
knowledge employee which is helpful for business functions and operations in the organization.
This is the best process that involves in different areas such as development and training of
employee, social improvement, leadership style, traditional culture etc. this report will determine
different management style that can be handle by Manager. The organization maintains the
services of product in marketplace. They provide the best services to meet all the customer

enhance their business all over the world. For Example- TUI and Thomas Cook is a leading
organization to provide an effective quality of services to their customer (Ramazani and Jergeas,
2015). These organizations are managing all resources in proper manner because with the help of
resources it will increase their productivity and profitability in marketplace. Theses organizations
have different management style to develop and design an effective quality of product and
services. The market trend has been change according to the requirement of customer. There are
various type of Management style discuss in given below:
Management style is very important for organization which manager take important decision
regarding the business development (Bain and Taylor, 2017). This is the best style to take all
decision by manager independently. Autocratic management style is essential for organization to
controlling the management operations in proper manner. Communication is one way process to
encourages their employee related the new ideas and innovations. TUI is use the autocratic style
to control the enterprise process in proper manner they also taking the decision. TUI organization
is very helpful for managing their hierarchical structure and their business process with the help
of contingency approach. This approach is applicable on the basis of situations.

is important for decision making. I am working as a senior executive to manage the business
operations and functions effectively and efficiently.

(Welch and Welch, 2018). I have an efficient skills and knowledge to provides the best services
and all the important decision taken by staff member that would be handle the business
operations and functions. Being a manager, there are lot of responsibilities to manage the
business operations. I face many challenging issue in the Thomas cook but I always maintain the
services and facilities in front of customers.

Leadership style is essential for organization to improve the performance of business as
well as employee. Leader is the person has power to control the business operations and other
employees (Modisane, 2018).
Honesty- This is the main characteristic of leader because they have capabilities to
arrange all the facilities and services. In Thomas cook, they have good leader and honest towards
the organization. TUI, they have intelligent person to manage the business operations and
functions in proper manner.
Consistency- A leader has consistently gained all credibility and respect to Thomas
Cook because it is essential part to perform their task in effective ways. In TUI, they have

proper manner. Being a manager, I have responsibility to manage the business operation with the
help of personal skills.
Leadership skill- I believe that I have an effective leadership quality and I easily handle

performance of business activities. I am also part of project and lead the entire team because of
my leadership skills. I have lot of responsibilities towards the project and other team member.
Planning skill- I ready plan my work or task and develop an effective time schedule to
complete the task on time. It is very important for organization to complete their task on time
because client wants project on time. I will put all efforts towards the project and increase their
productivity in marketplace.
Creative skill- I have ability to easily understand the innovative ideas that can be
implements towards the organization. Some times, this is very challenging issues or problem
occurs in front of me. I can handle all situations in proper manner. The manager of organization
in order to manage the challenging issues and resolve them.

There are various opportunities, strength, threats and weakness in the organization as

Strength- My biggest strength is communication skill because being an effective
communication skill, In Calyton Crown Hotel, I easily interact with other people to sharing the
information, messages easily. Even I also understand the need and requirement of business as
well as customer. This strength is very helping to me overcome all challenging issues that
generate at the time of executions. I have high confidence level to easily deals with any
situations to finding the right solutions.
Weakness- My major weakness is that when I want every thing in perfection and
someone has done their best work for growth and development. I putting some extra efforts and

times, I aggressive due to incomplete task that does not like us.
Opportunities- One opportunity enhance my career as well as my knowledges and skills.
My education will help me to explore their knowledges towards the growth and development. I
have lean many things in my life. According to Calyton hotel, Being manager it helps me to
increase their capabilities and becoming very successful in my life. The manager always

Threats- The corporate industry is extremely very challenging and difficult because of
competition level in market. I also face so many problems in my life but never disappointed. My
strength remove all the threats because of their ability and capabilities. There are various threats
which arises in the business environment for the cited organisation, these threats can be new
entrants, substitutes products and services in the market, high competition in the global
marketplace, low employee retention etc. I observed that there are various new hotels which are
entering into the hospitality industry which are providing similar services to the customers, this
is a major threat for Calyton hotel.
The hotel needs to overcome this risks or threats by offering attractive services to their
customers at low prices to increase the sales as well as profit in the market. The organisation can
also introduce innovative facilities or services to their customers for attracting more and more
customers.
2.3 Set and prioritise objectives and targets to develop own potential
I develop my skill and potential converted into the strength which make sure that I learn
many things to develop my skill for growth and development. I don't face problem in my work in
the future. There are some important goals that require for business development. I have
developed and set the specific achievable, time-bond, measurable and achievable etc.
My main objective to completed my task in proper manner and understand the business

towards the growth and development. The most important issues is lack of motivational because
the employee easily demotivated to their job and works and it is not good for organization. Most
of the organization is conducting a motivation seminar, speech that are helping to employee to
self motivate and focus on their targets. Manager and leader are important person that influence
to their team member ans satisfied with their job and work. The internal motivational program is
very powerful as compare to external because external motivational is mainly focused on bonus,
incentives and promotions etc.
Motivation is the best part of organization to making for the use of measure their goals
and targets towards the organization. According to Thomas cook, I am manager of this
organization and lead his agency. It mainly focuses managing the business functions and

motivational theory at their work place to designing and encouraging the people to participating
in decision -making process. Thomas Cook earning a maximum profit and establish successful
organization all over the world. For growth and development, it is requires for company to fulfil
the need of clients. I personally feel that the working environment is most important for growth

their brand value and jobs. Freedom is essential for every people to think beyond the goals that
provide the loyalty and trust to their employee. Loyalty is important to creating an effective
business environment increase their values in marketplace. Being a leader, there are so many
responsibilities to manage the business operations in proper manner. I will check all the
operations and have responsibility for looking all the business functions that generate in market,
If there any issues generate that resolving problem in effective ways. I also motivate and
influences to their employee.
