courses are needed to be attended to improve the leadership skills and abilities to run an
organisation. The set target helps oneself to improve communication skills, which are a very
important factor for being a prospective manager in the hotel industry. Other than people, I need
to focus on the working of the hospitality industry to understand the framework and model of
working in the industry. It is very important for me to understand the working of the industry and
the workflow of it. My objectives and targets also include learning the working of the tools and
software that are being used in the hospitality industry to increase the efficiency of the hotel in
which I am working as a manager.
