INTRODUCTION
Management and leadership play an important role in the development of the business and
the achievement of the desired objectives. The following report will initially compare the
management styles of two different organizations while discussing the characteristics of a
leader (Bratton and Gold, 2017). The process of communication and the analysis of the
organizational culture would be explained in the report. As an Assistant Duty Manager at
Clayton Crown Hotel, London, I would assess my own performance with the help of SWOT
analysis and would set targets that help me develop my potential. I would use my
managerial and leadership skills effectively to achieve the agreed goals and also recommend
some improvements. The later part of the report is focused on preparing a development
plan that helps in improving my skills and abilities and developing my career.
