INTRODUCTION
It is very important to manage business outcomes with the help of developing manager. It
helpful to enhance profits and positive results (Chengzao, Zheng and Zhang, 2012). Every
organisation possesses effective management and development programs which enhances the
productivity of employee and engage them to perform different functions. Main thing which
doing by manager is motivating to employee for achieving business goals. In this context, travel
and tourism business highly support the whole economy of country and it further enhances the
GDP and national income. Present study is based on Marriott and Hilton hotel which provides
hospitality and luxury services to their visitors in an effective manner.
For gaining insight knowledge of these companies, assignment discusses principles and
practices of management behaviour. Furthermore, it covers characteristic of different leadership
styles. Moreover, it analyses personal strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to deliver
effective functions. In addition to this, it also explains managerial and personal skills to support
career development. At last, report demonstrates managerial decisions to support the
achievement and goals of the company.
