Introduction
The managers and employers of an organization are considered as the crucial for ancompany
as they lead the organization towards achieving the organizational goals. Therefore,
managerial and employability skills can be taken into account as one of the most important
and essential skills for the employer or leader or manager, which leads them towards
accomplishing their objectives in an effective manner. In general, these skills are required to
develop by taking proper training and development program. This assignment includes self-
assessment (based on skills audit), SWOT analysis of individual for identifying the
interpersonal skills and knowledge along with own objectives implementation and portfolio
management.

the most effective leadership in this scenario.
Bureaucratic leadership cane is considered as
the leadership style that is based on the fixed
managerial or functional duties and that belong to
the managerial hierarch (Hayes, 2018). This type
of leadership style isapplied to maintain process
of effective decision-making. This specific
leadership style might be beneficial in case of
highly synchronized business line, as well as can
be effective for managing the management style
within working environment, which does not
require any innovation or creativity skills of the
employees. The fun fair event is taken into
consideration as an example. The event can be
break into several partslikefinancial department,
marketing, promotion, administration and
distribution.
The less effective leadership skill is Autocratic.
In case of Autocratic leadership, it can be
considered as a “leadership style” that is also

the effective decisions as well as required little

fulfilling or solving the problems along with providing better satisfaction. In order to identify
the characteristics of this leadership styles, the followings should be considered;

Decision maker: Decision makers are mainly referred to those individuals who are making
the set of choices through which a problem can be overcome in an effective manner. In case
of Fun fair event, the purpose of decision makers is to generate effective planning through
which the event can accomplish its objectives (Cottrell, 2015).
Decision problem: Decision problem refers to those circumstances for which the decisions
are created effectively. In this scenario, the decision problem implies those situations of fun
fair event, through which the organizers and managers can face multiple troubles.
Situation: The term “situation” plays a crucial role in the process of decision-making. A
selected decision cannot be implemented casually, it always required a proper circumstance
or situation in which the decision are tested or implemented. In case of fun fair event, the

Online marketing: Online marketing can be considered as the most effective strategy that is
maintained by most of the companies and events across the globe in order to promote the
business and expand the market(Bozioneloset al., 2016). In case of fun fair event, online
marketing will allow the management of the event to gain the attraction of customers very
easily. The management can post every detail (e.g. time, place, entry fee and other positive
aspects) of the event, so that they can achieve their attraction very easily. On the other hand,
it will also allow the management to promote their event without any cost.

Event planner: In case of fun fair event, the main purpose of event planner is to make

Event manager: In case of this event, the role of event manager is to arrange the necessary

In this context, two different types of communication styles can be taken into consideration;
such as assertive and passive-aggressive.
Assertive communication styles: This is considered as the most effective communication
style as it provides the open communication link among the employees of this event. In this
communication style, the communicators will express their requirements, concepts, feeling
and willingness effectively of their own as well as they also take care about the requirements
of others as well. The assertive communication will allow the employees to make effective
communication among them in order to perform a successful teamwork. This communication
style in fur fair event aims to win a specific situation by taking the help of both sides (every
perspective of the communicators). It also helps to maintain the balance between the
communicators by fulfilling the demands of both of them (Chillaset al., 2015). This specific
leadership style includes absolute, strict control over the group. Similar to the other
leadership, autocratic style includes several advantages plus several disadvantages too.
Despite of those who are relying on this particular approach can be seen as dictatorial or boss.
