sector of United kingdom (UK), whose headquarters is in London, England, United Kingdom
(UK). It was founded by Dr. Sanjeev Kanoria and Sangita Kanoria in year 1999 (Arnold and
Boggs, 2019).
Present report will highlight the roles and responsibilities of operational manager and
leader in the organisation. It will also tell about the required skills which is essential for the
leader and operational manager working in the organisation. This report will also tell about the
different leadership models and theories which helps in work management and team
management in the organisation. At last, report will also focus on the conflict resolving
strategies.

P1 Describe the role and responsibilities of an operational manager in health care practices.
Advinia Healthcare Ltd is a leading organization which provide the health care services to
the people. It was established in 1999 and operates 38 car homes and 3, 250 across the Scotland
and England (Emmons, 2018). The operational manager in the organization to perform different
type of role and responsibilities. They are making plan, direct and coordinate other practitioners,
groups, departments etc.
Role and responsibilities of operational manager-
Operational manager is communicated with the other staff members to monitor the day
by day activities of employee.
It has a supervisor work in the specialized unit with the Advinia hospital (Ginter, Duncan
and Swayne, 2018).
The manager handles the enterprise operations and requirement of medical team so that it
establish the policies or framework to manage the human resources, financial resources
and maintain IT system.
It serves the mediator between the strategies, goals and day by day activities.
