INTRODUCTION
Study materials are simply the certain object that assists equally instructors and students in
the classroom activities. Training materials are something like outdated publications in today's
society, and their effectiveness is judged by the range of teaching techniques and diverse
learning instruments available. Each individual has unique academic qualifications and learning
methods (Mabaso and Dlamini, 2018). Consequently, each proposed method use of a range of
teaching instruments, showing the effectiveness of the training. This research seeks to focus on
numerous learning strategies utilized in professional development and class activities. This
research comprises a thorough analysis of numerous instruction and learning methodologies and
materials, and also the purpose of the funding, in order to determine the efficiency of
incorporating diverse new instructional methods.
MAIN BODY
1.1 Explain the purpose of resources in teaching and learning
Extensive and repetitive published classroom manuals with outmoded news and
information that may largely address the scope of any specific topic yet frequently largely
ignores the complexity of the topic are examples of library aids that are commonly regarded
learning media. Teaching materials are above that; they are a suite of techniques that can provide
instructors the ability to educate successfully in order to make the studying transition easier for
pupils. Appreciate the opportunity or studying structures are produced simply to help in the
learning process in a number of situations (Shaturaev and Bekimbetova, 2021). The primary goal
of learning and teaching resources is to provide a source of knowledge that is sufficient enough
then to enhance communication among teachers and children when learning or instructing. A
valuable training material may help students understand and broaden their learning opportunity
whilst still meeting their academic needs. Persons that successfully employ suitable learning
resources obtain something more than superficial knowledge, including in comprehension of a
topic and also their personal study strategies, attitudes, views, and overall talents. It is crucial to
use quality education instruments in during teachers and students in order to establish a solid
foundation for long - term.

Various types of resources are used in the training development will help students to put
their knowledge to use and enhance their comprehension. By providing the resources, the pupils'
lack of understanding and the areas where they struggled may be assessed and identified.
Additionally, by mobilizing funding, kids with development of cognitive can be provided with
demanding tasks as well as additional assistance. By offering materials, I may increase the
growth that I do not discuss in class and deliver it to learners in complexity. The materials are
also useful in reducing bias and increasing attentiveness in the teaching curriculum.
1.2 Evaluate the effectiveness of specific resources in meeting individual learning needs in
teaching and learning contexts
Learning and teaching supplies are no longer limited to textbooks, and may now be found
in a variety of formats, including dictionaries, textbooks, exercises, internet study guides,
desktop education, organized assignments, and playback academic resources. Museums and
teaching groups are also useful resources in the environmental classroom environment.
Whenever it comes to communicating personalized educational needs, specific instructional
products have their own morality, and several of the most effective resources used in higher
middle school are analyzed here to assess their distinctive effectiveness (Goh and Sandars,
2020).
Textbooks: Textbooks are an important and vital instrument for measuring individuals with
the knowledge environment of training in the themes recommended by the Interactive Learning
Committee. The selection of textbooks is an important stage considering publications are largely
had to develop students' critical and inventive views, and other long - term functional, using
exercises and information provided in the manuals. As per experts, excellent manuals may aid
educators by providing a single resource for additional knowledge that will help them structure
the range and timeline of their lectures.
It is vital to select appropriate publishing for improved educational experiences, and the
recommendations must be followed:
It is important that the textbooks selected be in agreement with the curriculum's aims and
techniques; along with include the curriculum's core components.

A guidebook must be effective enough yet to offer individuals with varying complexities
of knowledge, improving their attention capabilities while still nurturing diverse opinions
in them.
It also hoped to improve students' overall talents and motivate them by piqueing their
passion for the subject.
The fundamental education provided by the guidebook strengthens the breadth of
learners' desire to study more (Roscoe and et. al., 2019).
It also emphasizes the importance of acquiring knowledge and promotes self-access.
Resources Meeting individual learning needs
Worksheet This educational resource is useful because it can be
customized to meet the needs of specific pupils, such as
dyslexic.
-This can be explored as well in order to accommodate
auditory types of learners.
- Gives students the option of writing their own comments on
the document.
- Individually or collectively, it may be done. As a result, it
gives opportunities for both personal discussion and group
collaboration.
The natural environment -More engaging for students found classroom learning tiresome
and uninteresting.
-Experiences attention for students who have difficulty
focusing in a cramped classroom.
-Adjusts to a variety of learning styles-Provides students with a
novel teachable moment
2.1 An analysis of the principles of resource design
An education object's structure is an instructional brief moment arrangement. Materials

challenging situation in a given educational context. The work is distinguished by the fact that it
is the result of constructive collaboration between issue professionals, education professionals,
and learners (Cooc, 2019). The following ideas have an impact on the production of academic
materials:
Appreciate: The basic premise of this notion is to value the teacher's intention, expertise, and
talent alongside aiding one in achieving objectives through the use of accessible academic
materials.
Iteration: This term refers to incremental progress with regular monitoring response.
This is required in order to create a material architecture that aids in the achievement of the
objectives.
Cooperation is aided by clearly defined roles, communication, and judgment standards.
Efficiency and potency: It is critical to build attention and present students with useful materials
as swiftly as possible in addition to learning from the materials.
The evaluation is crucial to the long-term viability of any able to make informed decisions or
initiative.
2.2 An evaluation of sources that inform resource development
It is analysed that evaluation of sources is an essential task which is directly related to
informing of resource development. This task can be performed with the help of considering
different type of resources that exist in the environment (García-Peñalvo, Fidalgo-Blanco and
Sein-Echaluce, 2018). The resource development is generally done with the help of two types of
sources that is informal and formal sources. In order to develop enough resources for the field of
sports, curricula are one of the area in which knowledge needs to be gained. Curricula helps in
effective designing of resources in an appropriate manner, further the notes are also recorded that
are given in the lecture. Further I followed a set of qualification areas through which I can match
the standards. All of required activities are used in order to meet the requirement of the area.
Further it is essential to assure that proper set of research is done in order to carry out the
development of resources.

2.3 Theories, principles and models of inclusive curriculum design
It has been proven that doing or executing an action retains more knowledge than listening,
studying, or watching, as per Dale's Cone of Acquisition. The completely fallacious foundations
of this supposition are critical for exterior specialists to incorporate even though they accelerate
the process of providing multiple chances for outside learners to interact in different sectors in
attempt to acquire their study skills through 'doing' rather than hearing and reading. Learners, for
example, can learn about habitats and have a fundamental comprehension of them, and to see the
nature is crucial for their lifelong learning because it makes them keep their learning and
awakens their desire (Zhou and et. al., 2020). Viewing a habitat, such as forest, and engaging in
the educational activities and events related with the environment can help students remember
the lesson for a long time. The diagram below illustrates the efficacy of Dale's Huge learning
Curve.
The education - learning process requires recognizing learners' educational needs, planning
and preparing the session, presenting, assessing, and evaluating the lesson. According to John
Kerr, inclusive reference will be made to all instructional strategies that are organised and
supervised by higher education institutions, whether it is in person or online, and it may be
implemented within and without the school. In view of Aristotle's prominent division of learning
under three areas, conceptual, pragmatic, and creative, curricular theory is regarded to be a
successful strategy.
2.4 Analyse ways can be adapted to enable an inclusive approach.
Integrated education alludes to academic instructional approaches that encourage young
people to participate actively while also including them in real-world activities. Those
educational resources can be modified to provide a more inclusive community.
Incorporating a diverse collection of information, skills, and concepts into lectures and
teacher interviews, notably via the use of a variety of examples, socio-cultural situations,
and graphics.
Selecting topics and instruments that promote greater contact and collaboration in the
classroom via improving teamwork.

It is also critical to demonstrate transparency in group discussions. It also assists the
instructor in expanding his or her knowledge. (Ally, 2019).
Inspire and encourage pupils to ask questions in order to increase their knowledge base.
Creating a welcoming and cooperative learning atmosphere for students.
2.5 Design resources, new and emerging technologies, to engage and meet the individual needs
of learner
The resources must be designed in a way that it meets the enhanced capacity of new set of
technology that is currently inclusive in the environment. The resources should hold enough
value that it meets all the necessary requirements of the individual who is trying to learn and
engage in the learning activities. Resources such as video lectures will help in meeting the
demands of student as they will learn in an improvised way where they will observe several areas
in the visual context as well. Resources required in meeting the individual needs of learning
through the video teaching are content and enough resources to meet the requirement of showing
that video in front of students. With the emerging technology the learning should be enhanced so
that the individual experience a pattern where they interact closely with the learning experiences
of others as well. There are several emerging technologies that can directly contribute to the
effective learning of individuals. Augmented Reality, Visual Reality, 3D printing, Robotics, Live
streaming of study material, all of these areas can immensely change the experience of learning
of individuals (Zhang and et. al., 2020). These resources directly contribute to the process of
learning of individual through which they can highly take advantage and get a deeper
understanding of that particular area.
2.6 Employ resources to engage and meet the individual needs of learners in own specialist area
The resources that were discussed above are highly beneficial in different specialist areas,
however there are some specific resources which directly contributes to a particular area. The
video learning aid is one such aid which can highly benefit in the sports areas. The individuals
can get high clarity of things by watching the other people performing the same set of activities
in the videos. Through this the individual would be able to apply that particular learning in their
own activities and improve over the time. Through this aid they can also understand the different
concepts of sports which will help them in performing the best in that particular area. Other

resources such as Live streaming can also be helpful as there are several classes which teaches
the basics and further focuses on the mastering the particular game. With this the individual will
grow in the right direction at a right pace which will show an effective from of learning in that
particular individual.
3.1 explain ways in which resources can be classified and stored
It is essential to classify the particular set of resources and store them in an appropriate
manner. There is a need to keep all he resources safe and sound so that it can be accessed by
every person easily. Keeping them in a safe place will ensure that it will be there for the people
at the right point of time. Set of principles must be applied in storing and using those resources
as it is of high cost and everyone should be able to take benefit from the process. The principle of
origin is however applied on the classification and storing of resources so that all of them can be
kept intact at the origin. Keeping them in origin will remove any kind of confusion and all the
teachers would be able access them at any point of time in teaching. To store the resources in the
institution, it is essential to use VLE platforms. Usage of these platforms will ensure that the
resources are kept safe and sound at the right place and at a right time. This platform of storage
will also ensure that the rights of accessing the particular resources are in hand of the right
parties and no unauthorised external user is getting access to that particular set of products (Ali,
2020).
3.2 review ways of sharing resources with other learning professionals
The resources that are well designed in an appropriate manner would be shared on a
professional manner. The course material must be standardized so that the resources can be
shared with other teachers as well (Moloney and et. al., 2018). There must be scheduling of
meetings so that a time table can be developed where everyone would be allotted time in which
they can get access to the resources which they will use during their teaching sessions. This will
ensure clarity and avoid any kind of confusion and misconduct in the institution. The profession
must be same and the use of the resources must be done in proper manner. It is a good system to
share the resources and will assure the development of teachers.
Review of responsibilities and legal requirement related to development and use of resource
There is trend of rising need of the legal requirements and responsibilities while
considering the development and use of resources (Tinanoff and et. al., 2019). There are some

important legal requirements which are used in the development and use of the resources such as
plagiarism, Copyright legislation, health and safety, data protection, equality act and many more.
All these laws are mandatory to be followed by the teachers during the period of development
and use of the resources.
Copyright legislation
This legal requirement is highly essential as per the current teaching scenario during the
use and formulation of the resources. It is one of the intellectual property rights which clearly
defines that no person has a legal right to sell the products like artistic work, drama, books and
broadcasts and many other work that must have legal copyright allowance. It is essential for the
other person that they must take a legal authorization or permission from the owner of the
copyright in order to use or sell it.
Plagiarism-
In the teaching or the academic setting it is highly observed that day by day there are
increasing cases of the plagiarism which is illegal activity (Sachs and et. al., 2019). This is the
act of academic misconduct in which person presents someone's task or work in its own name.
As per the legal requirements the person who has conducted the plagiarism activity gets some
disciplinary offence. In case of the sports teacher I only allowed to share my training techniques
with my university students or to my team. I am not aligned to other team that they can use my
methods of playing.
Equality Act 2010
At the time of development and use of resources equality is important. Every student
must receive equal and fair opportunities to excel or gain success (Chalkiadaki, 2018). This act
protects the students from deprived bias behavior of the teachers. As a sports trainer it is my duty
to provide each player equal opportunity to play on the basis of their performance.

Implications of copyright and intellectual property rights in the field of development and use of
resources
There is essential need of take proper care of all the intellectual property rights in the
field of the development and use of the resources. As this will help in avoiding the unnecessary
problems and implications during the use of resources.
Data protection Act, 1988: this act aims to deliver the protection of the information and data
that is original and raw of the teacher. It is necessary to always safeguard and secure the data in
order to maintain its original worth. Through this act the teachers can protect plagiarism and this
issue can be resolved easily by keeping the data protected under this legal act. The extent of data
that has high degree of risk of copying or breaching must be protected through this act.
Employability with all the intellectual property rights and legal legislations is important
for the teachers. As all the legal laws facilitates to develop new resources. This also help in
making sure that work done by teacher is ethical and legal (Winstone and Carless, 2019) .
5.1 evaluate the effectiveness of own practice in relation to development and use of resources to
engage and meet the individual needs of learners in own specialist area
I have observed that I need to develop the resources in more appropriate manner to serve
the students with resources and material that are useful in enhancing their knowledge. It is seen
that, I have developed all the resources as per the needs and requirements of the students. I was
able to manage my process of developing the resources in accurate manner which will definitely
satisfy the needs of the learners. My resources provide a deep knowledge and importance of
sports.
For developing resources, it is essential to use equipment’s that are necessary and
facilitate the learners to gain some practical experience. It will also assist them to use the
resources on their own without any teacher and make them excel in attaining the success.
Theoretical knowledge is also provided in the resources that is summarized from the
books and journals of famous author making the resource more relevant and specific. For
this smart boards, digital pdfs and books are used as equipment to deliver the resource to
students (Bird, 2019).
