effective learning of individuals. Augmented Reality, Visual Reality, 3D printing, Robotics, Live
streaming of study material, all of these areas can immensely change the experience of learning
of individuals (Zhang and et. al., 2020). These resources directly contribute to the process of
learning of individual through which they can highly take advantage and get a deeper
understanding of that particular area.

video learning aid is one such aid which can highly benefit in the sports areas. The individuals

in the videos. Through this the individual would be able to apply that particular learning in their
own activities and improve over the time. Through this aid they can also understand the different
concepts of sports which will help them in performing the best in that particular area. Other

resources such as Live streaming can also be helpful as there are several classes which teaches
the basics and further focuses on the mastering the particular game. With this the individual will
grow in the right direction at a right pace which will show an effective from of learning in that
particular individual.

It is essential to classify the particular set of resources and store them in an appropriate
manner. There is a need to keep all he resources safe and sound so that it can be accessed by
every person easily. Keeping them in a safe place will ensure that it will be there for the people

as it is of high cost and everyone should be able to take benefit from the process. The principle of
origin is however applied on the classification and storing of resources so that all of them can be
kept intact at the origin. Keeping them in origin will remove any kind of confusion and all the
teachers would be able access them at any point of time in teaching. To store the resources in the
institution, it is essential to use VLE platforms. Usage of these platforms will ensure that the
resources are kept safe and sound at the right place and at a right time. This platform of storage
will also ensure that the rights of accessing the particular resources are in hand of the right
parties and no unauthorised external user is getting access to that particular set of products (Ali,
2020).

professional manner. The course material must be standardized so that the resources can be

ensure clarity and avoid any kind of confusion and misconduct in the institution. The profession
must be same and the use of the resources must be done in proper manner. It is a good system to
share the resources and will assure the development of teachers.

There is trend of rising need of the legal requirements and responsibilities while
considering the development and use of resources (Tinanoff and et. al., 2019). There are some

important legal requirements which are used in the development and use of the resources such as
plagiarism, Copyright legislation, health and safety, data protection, equality act and many more.
All these laws are mandatory to be followed by the teachers during the period of development
and use of the resources.
Copyright legislation
This legal requirement is highly essential as per the current teaching scenario during the
use and formulation of the resources. It is one of the intellectual property rights which clearly
defines that no person has a legal right to sell the products like artistic work, drama, books and
broadcasts and many other work that must have legal copyright allowance. It is essential for the
other person that they must take a legal authorization or permission from the owner of the
copyright in order to use or sell it.
Plagiarism-
In the teaching or the academic setting it is highly observed that day by day there are
increasing cases of the plagiarism which is illegal activity (Sachs and et. al., 2019). This is the
act of academic misconduct in which person presents someone's task or work in its own name.
As per the legal requirements the person who has conducted the plagiarism activity gets some
disciplinary offence. In case of the sports teacher I only allowed to share my training techniques
with my university students or to my team. I am not aligned to other team that they can use my
methods of playing.
Equality Act 2010
At the time of development and use of resources equality is important. Every student
must receive equal and fair opportunities to excel or gain success (Chalkiadaki, 2018). This act
protects the students from deprived bias behavior of the teachers. As a sports trainer it is my duty
to provide each player equal opportunity to play on the basis of their performance.

Implications of copyright and intellectual property rights in the field of development and use of
resources
There is essential need of take proper care of all the intellectual property rights in the
field of the development and use of the resources. As this will help in avoiding the unnecessary
problems and implications during the use of resources.
Data protection Act, 1988: this act aims to deliver the protection of the information and data
that is original and raw of the teacher. It is necessary to always safeguard and secure the data in
order to maintain its original worth. Through this act the teachers can protect plagiarism and this
issue can be resolved easily by keeping the data protected under this legal act. The extent of data
that has high degree of risk of copying or breaching must be protected through this act.
Employability with all the intellectual property rights and legal legislations is important
for the teachers. As all the legal laws facilitates to develop new resources. This also help in
making sure that work done by teacher is ethical and legal (Winstone and Carless, 2019) .

I have observed that I need to develop the resources in more appropriate manner to serve
the students with resources and material that are useful in enhancing their knowledge. It is seen
that, I have developed all the resources as per the needs and requirements of the students. I was
able to manage my process of developing the resources in accurate manner which will definitely
satisfy the needs of the learners. My resources provide a deep knowledge and importance of
sports.
 For developing resources, it is essential to use equipment’s that are necessary and
facilitate the learners to gain some practical experience. It will also assist them to use the
resources on their own without any teacher and make them excel in attaining the success.
 Theoretical knowledge is also provided in the resources that is summarized from the
books and journals of famous author making the resource more relevant and specific. For
this smart boards, digital pdfs and books are used as equipment to deliver the resource to
students (Bird, 2019).
