Developing the Reflexive Practitioner Research Project: CMI Standards

This report is a research project focused on developing reflexive practices used by practitioners, with the research context being "Formal professional identity as defined by the behaviour and values framework of CMI." The report is divided into three parts: Part A outlines the research aims, which include identifying the meaning of reflective and reflexive practices and determining the formal professional identity defined by CMI's framework, along with a literature review. Part B delves into the research methodology, including action research, reflexivity, and dialogic action research, along with an overview of the research design and data analysis techniques. Part C presents a reflexive practitioner storyboard utilizing critical incident analysis and the Gibbs reflective cycle, incorporating personal data from various online tests. The appendices include the results from these tests such as learning styles, team roles, emotional intelligence, personality, and social intelligence, providing a comprehensive analysis of the researcher's self-assessment and professional identity development within the CMI framework.
