This report details a research project focused on developing a reflexive practitioner, exploring the interplay between professional identity and self-reflection. Part A encompasses the research aim, which investigates the formation of professional identity through various lenses, including the Alvesson metaphor, and supported by a literature review examining concepts like creative imagination, active imagination, and experimental learning. Part B outlines the methodology, utilizing auto-ethnographic practice, activity analysis, and the Johari Window model to gather and analyze data from individual learning experiences. It also includes sources of information and evaluation of the research design. Part C provides a preface discussing the importance of reflective practice and the application of the Gibbs model, Belbin, and Honey and Mumford's work to facilitate self-awareness and continuous improvement. Research Aim

IMAGINATION

new articles, thoughts, and individuals in the psyche without the conventional and rapid

what is in anything but real. The creative mind is the intellectual strategy used in mental work
and sometimes used in conjunction with the creative mind of brainstorming. Someone is
thinking something in a day or even more, but it's far from true, so they don't see it properly.
In Mark Twain's words, "You can't rely on your eyes when your creative mind is out of
focus."
ACTIVE IMAGINATION
According to Carl Jung's view, the active creative mind is the strategy of meditation if the
content of one's abusive psyche is transformed into stories, images and presented as different
elements. Such a creative mind can lead to a connection between the "self-conscious"
consciousness and the apathetic. It is also decided as a sensory testing method. Along with
this, it pays for an innovative creative mind as a body structure to "see out of your
psychological boxes". This technique helps to refine individual brains and bodies in every
way. It is just an individual's escape and also allows him to explore another world, learning
new things about the world.
EXPERIMENTAL LEARNING
Understanding how academic assumptions and material may help you learn new things
through different learning programmes in both the studio, the workplace, and the audience. A
person can learn the way to develop and renovate his/her skills (van der Wal, et. Al, 2019).
This process helps to preserve information and to make frequent learning and application
more accessible. Investigative learning helps develop students' attitudes towards learning and
connects with students to positively refresh their vision and skills. With this help, the
student's mental image would expand and the organization would be better managed.
CREATIVE IMAGINATION
The creative mind is intimately connected to innovation because the creative mind infuses
thoughts, feelings, images and objects into the psyche of the craftsman (Brandtzaeg, et. Al.
2020). The creative mind could be through reasoning, emotion, or imagination to which the
right work was associated. The creative mind creates a great story over a long period of time.
This is where one can break free. The creative mind depends on ingenuity and they think
unexpectedly. They nurture floating thoughts and have the feeling of showing something
ordinary in a number of ways that attract others.

Two sources of information were used to successfully complete the study project. First, it is
an essential source of information that includes information and data collected and prepared
directly by an expert such as overviews, interviews, collections of places, opinion polls and

recycled data using various tools that incorporate data obtained through previous tools such
as articles, books, journals, library research, and contextual study.
However, in this study, single sources of information were shown that incorporate
information on individual learning analysis and individual symbolic thinking. Individual

Evaluation of Research Design

et. Al, 2016). It is used to determine and evaluate the audit opinion required to evaluate the

I think of my approach as learning to connect to this routine. My skills and building cycles
develop and improve through meditative interaction. This interaction will help me expand my
mind-set as I learn and will help me through the entire cycle of self-correction. Learning
through reflection is a vital learning experience for me as it helps me think about the potential
for stress. This ability will help during the time spent doing the job anyone dreams of
becoming a gateway to learning. The mirror is the reality used for the method chosen in the
learning stages. The exercise employs reflexive learning techniques based on the Gibbs
model that contributes to the activity. In reflective learning, the work of Belbin and Honey
and Mumford is also employed. I utilise the Gibbs model as a model which takes care to
reflect well on the particular circumstance, and which understands the situation of the past as
it is now. This model also represents the circumstances for events to be transformed and the
personality of experts, and how the situation can be addressed using what happened in the
past learning and problem.

advocated for learning through meditation. This is critical for people to comprehend how
their learning results impact their future activities and personalities. Gibbs' model will assist
me in completing the work, and I truly want to think about my real-life circumstances in

events possible in the future. There are six phases in the time spent reflecting according to the
study by teacher Graham Gibbs, and this time load of the reflection model includes six other
levels that contribute to a higher level of reflection. al, 2015). The image, feelings,
assessment, monitoring, and conclusion and action plan are the six stages or phases.

I felt ashamed of what had happened before where I had made a mistake and that wrong step

have inspired me to cultivate skills with meditative interaction as needed in this aggressive

as I was introduced to the levels of reflection that led to the difficulties I was experiencing.

interaction that helps to promote and refresh individuals' position to learn and overcome
difficulties with the help of previous encounters, themselves or others, to develop
understanding and information.
Critique
In the present it is essential to reflect, think or imagine what has happened to us, but in
addition we must cultivate a fruitful practice and the great use of these events. It has been

the way, I saw it as nothing more than an opportunity to better understand why I was feeling

of college, I was relieved; nevertheless, this was short-lived owing to my inability and power
to present to the class, as well as my educator's excessive reaction to the issue. I told the

previous and current experiences, on the other hand, pushed me to scrutinise my workouts in
great depth, and my connection with the world included me. I acted inappropriately in front
of my coach, and this occurred as a result of my failure to attend class. I felt I wasn't getting
enough and was disappointed.
Application of Gibbs Cycle
Using Gibbs meditation circles, I have given myself the opportunity to learn from my
experience by following six steps that include feeling, feeling, assessing, studying and ending
