INTRODUCTION
In the education sector, organization resources are one of the most important factor which
is considered as different type in education process within institute. Resources that are used in
education system are related to the material of knowledge bank that are used for assess
education. To access and implement resources are help for delivering better knowledge and
provide betters lesson to student (Bennett, Lockyer and Agostinho, 2018). Present report will
provide brief analysis of resources which are used in education sector organization that is more
specifically in study resources on the basis of inclusive learning process. The main purpose of
the report is to analyse the resource in education system in orders evaluating in different aspects.
There are all the resources which are based under principle of resources that are help for
designing in order to improve the process which is used for specialist areas. Further, various
theories and methods will because in order to develop the process of curriculum and resource
design.
There will different type of resources identify in the process of inclusive learning also
resources are need to developing according to the latest technology in it. On the basis of
implementation it can be said that there are specialist area are needs for explanation so that it
help to store resources (George, Millard and Taylor, 2021). There are legal requirements and
responsibilities in the development and use of resources that are needs for explain in study. Also,
intellectual property and copyrights in the process of development are analysed in order to
understand the effectiveness of resources which are developed and used in the specialist areas of
learning.

1.1 Purpose and use of resources in learning and teaching
There are different in which resources are used for learning and teachings process in the
education system but it has been analysed that major resources which are used in education
process are electronic instrument, books, internet, visual prompts. Teacher and student use
resources in the learning process that can be considered as the most important part of education
resources. There are different roles of resources in the education which cans be crucial for
sometimes. In educations system resources are used as the supporting tool which are help to
improving knowledge and understanding regarding the subject and topic (Ifenthaler, Gibson and
Dobozy, 2018). Also, this is used for create the process mores effective in order to provide

flexibility to students and teachers for getting access to knowledge and information without any
supervision guidance and support. In the process of learning resources are used for the teaching
process on the basis of visual prompts and simulations in the process of education (Xu, Chou and
Chou, 2020 ).
All the resources which are used in learning and teaching are help for providing visual
information to students for improving learning process and helps to provide access for
knowledge. This is also helped to improving the effectiveness of learning process that can be
considered as the important tool for the support document and used as the guidance of sources of
information in order to deliver knowledge to students.
Majorly students are more depend on books to collect knowledge also this is one of most
important resources which help to increasing learning pattern of student. Also, this is mainly
used for crucial in process of resources in which teacher creates their own content for student in
the form of podcast and presentation so that student can have used this as resources (Shohel and
Kabir, 2022). On the other hand, without resources teaching and learning is not possible because
it helps to update knowledge of student as well as teachers which is necessary to develop
knowledge regarding teaching practices. All the resources are used are highly effective in orders
to meet the needs of learner fort improving general perception of students. Resources like peer
reviewed in the learning process for completing the information and understanding students.
2.3 Theories, principles and models of inclusive curriculum design
With the help of behaviourism theory in teaching can be used in such as where it helps to
provide rewards and punishments. On the other hand, this is not a effective way of contemporary
practice in the form of lectures that are not highly structured and also student responsibilities is
not high but responsibility of teacher is all about learning in the business management. In
addition to this cognitivism theory is helped for encouraging student on the basis of testing and
curiosity hypothesis for inquiry oriented projects used as resources (Kenny, Jimenez and
McAllister, 2019) Also, this theory help for engaging on the basis of experience in learning,
teacher that also help for creating environment for student in order to become familiar with them
by providing equality and diversity for teachers as well as students by considering the designing
and developing an inclusive curriculum regarding leadership skills.
In addition to this principle of resource design are help in the forms of inclusivity,
accessibility and equality and diversity principles (Suartama, Setyosari and Ulfa, 2019). In

teaching, it is necessary to follow the equality principle which help to motivate student by not
affecting their feeling on the basis of age, genders and class. Also, it is important to designs
resources in such as way where article and journal are not indicated to anyone in terms of
showing the diverse culture. There are different type of learning style followed by student
according to development of resources (Nilson and Goodson, 2021).
I develop my resources by using VARK model, so that it help to design and develop
resources in such a way where it helps student on the basis of different style such as visual,
auditory, kinaesthetic etc. On the basis of visual style I will create content in the form of
presentation in which video and audio will help student to improve their knowledge by using
picture for writing and reading. Then in the auditory style it is necessary to provide clear
instruction in the form of speaking notes in the presentation so that student can listen all the
activities which are and able to speaking loud for reading books (Guimarães and Lima, 2021).
Then last style is related to kinaesthetic which help for expressing speaking in the order of group
work by following instruction that are help to student to increases the long term memory which
is help for contributing in the learner's success.
3.1 Ways in which resources can be classified and stored
There are large numbers of resources are used in organization regarding teaching and
learning major resources are related to the staffing resources, numbers of staffs by functions and
grade, qualification, grade, remuneration which is offer the training opportunity that help to
improve outcomes (Otaya, Kartowagiran and Retnawati, 2018). Also, to store all the files for
data of student and teacher are stores by access document so that it can be used in the future. In
the library all the project or assignment created by student are stored and their mark-sheet so that
they can collect accordingly. Then all the files are stored on the basis of classification in such as
way such as alphabetical order for each class then, set it according to colour of files in which
students data are differentiated from one another. Further, it is necessary to store resources in
library, office. In terms of electronic storage, this is one of most common and best method of
store data in order to collect large number of data in second and also it can be easy to operate by
teachers (Lodge, 2020).
There are different resource storage used in the schools such as uses computer device in
the form of store basic information of student and teachers in random access memory, then all
the assignment and task are upload by teachers and student on google classroom that can be easy

to access by them and help to store large number of data. In this method user can share all the
storage to common portal or network which help to access by senior authority of institution.
Then that type of storage need password for security so that outsider can not hack data. Also, it is
necessary to follow the legislation by considering data protection act, GDPR in which it helps to
provide safety to storage.

It is necessary to meet individual needs of learner in order to access individual strength so
that this is help for supporting teacher and support staff in such a manner where it helps to design
and implement strategy to emphasize on minimum skills which are related to research skills and
cognitive, communication skills in the form of numeracy and literacy and also depends on the
specific skills which are help for allowing as good classroom practice in general that is must
include teacher that addressing individual learning needs effectively.
In order to consider the effectiveness of resources for instance, specific knowledge
content, addressing and developing required skills, appropriate level of challenge, actively
involving learners, extending learning etc. There are different resources are used in the form key
indicators for education also in regard to develop the other resources in order to enrich the
curriculum in more inclusive manner for the student feedback, standardization meeting
outcomes. In order planning and addressing required skills are help for work on the basis of
developing knowledge and skills on my specific area which is related to children workforce and
published on non-statutory guidance in 2005 that are following an extensive period of
consultation that are also including with knowledges and skills which is required by everyone
bys considering the curriculum of organizations in order to design in such a way which help to
develop skills and match accordingly on the basis of compatibility for abilities of learners in
order to avoid incoherence so that individual needs are met (Chew, McEntarffer and Landrum,
2018).
All the challenging activities are help to improve the capacity achievement and increasing
the level of technologies used as resources and all the effective resources are help to recognizes
different action that are help for dynamic learning environment. Also, it is necessary to develop
resources in such as ways where it helps to use of emerging technology resources such as tablets,
internet, chat rooms, google classroom, group interaction, presentation etc.

2.1 Principle of resource design
There are different type for principle of resource design such as subject, learning styles,
background, age, learner needs, sufficient quality, curriculum resources, level of teaching,
assessment etc.
In order to consider predominant principles, it has been analysed that meeting learning
needs as the essence of education. This is also required for development of differentiate
resources or can say adaption of resources by considering different learning styles in classroom.
There are large number of resources required for fit to purpose. For example, English books are
help for providing the functional skills for Maths toolkit in involving with ideas and free ideas
and activities which help student to learn in better manner (Bennett, Lockyer and Agostinho,
2018).
It has been critically analysed that it is necessary to focus on principle order to maintain
sufficient quality or good position it is necessary to follow policies and regulations that are
forcing institutions together sufficient quality resources. This is also necessary to consider sizes
of classroom so that students are able to sit properly and there is space for put their resources in
order to collect assignment in such a way. The high quality of material are help improve the
design and meet the individual design in order to enhance their knowledge and skills (Henriksen,
Creely and Mishra, 2021).
By considering the curriculum resources is refers to the special collection for teaching
resources for education student to borrow. This is also contains books and other material that are
help to plan lesson in such a way student can understand the content. There are different types of
activities which are necessary for conduct in reference of reflecting the culture identity that are
help to use proper alignment.
On the other hand, George, Millard and Taylor, (2021) there are different level of
teaching but it is necessary to provide element to student according to their need and their level
so that they can easy to learn. Also, there are three level of teachings in which memory level,
understanding level and reflective level are included for understanding the level ins order
working on the basis of more deliberately teaching method in which there are many students are
able to use the resources for interacting with each other.

It has been justified that it is including the concept, name and comprehensions involved by
evaluating different concept which help to bring together on the basis of facts and other notions
associated with them by providing prior awareness at comprehensions level.
2.2 Evaluate sources that inform resource development
There is different type of sources that are related to inform resource development with the
help of exploring existing good practice with peers and colleagues, library and study centre
provision, internet resources for informing specific subject or area, individual learner and
networking with business management subjects. According to the own practices I make uses of
both formal and informal sources in order informing resources for development in business field.
On the basis of informal sources it has been analysed that it help to encourage student for
making use of library or study centre provision at which student is able to charge of a project in
order to conduct research on the basis of leading symptoms by different order (Ifenthaler, Gibson
and Dobozy, 2018). There is different type of resources are used in order to develop according
to the need of the such as references, non-fiction books, fictions books and newspaper etc. Also,
in my speciality I would like to cover the topic by considering on the basis of networke
computers that is black and white printer in order to link with intranet system as well as topic
research box in the classroom fir knowledge of business.
In order to achieve the credibility, it is necessary to focus on by demonstrating required
skills and knowledge at the level at which taught by considering discipline. This is also become
one of the important source at which analysing the importance of internet for the particular
specialist area of program by enjoying the opportunities offered by organization that can be also
related to the knowledge and skills.
There are some different sources which are related to formal resources such as advice and
guidance from awarding organization, online reviews, subject journals, vocational sector skills
bodies, professional bodies, industry and commercial providers etc (taya Kartowagiran and
Retnawati, 2018). Then it is necessary for using the sources which help for developing
knowledge in business such as decision making, time management.
On the basis of enhance knowledge it can be said that it helps to improve the quality of
their project and assignment. In order to encourage learners by consulting subject journal on

basis of E-learning platform by following the browsing external websites that is established
organization in the discipline manner that is better level of communication.
2.4 Analysing ways of resources that can be adapted to enable inclusive approach
Adapting resources are related to the paper based in order to adapt language to purpose,
change of paper colour, change font size, alternative for different levels, use of images and white
space that are allowed student in order to more focus on adapt the own resources, by using
proper power-point, workplace resources then modified technology is related to the hardware,
software, online web based etc. Then in business as specialist area it is necessary to focus on
different type of resources as well as for the case study requirement of online sources.
(Lodge, 2020). In order to focus more on adapted the resources to meet the individual need with
learning difficulties in the introduction of paper based materials that are depending on ability and
sensibility of people in order to provide them counselling. Also, organization have decided to
collect all types of paper on the basis of experience and their impact which is necessary to
consider by different activities by layout on paper, bleed proof paper and coloured paper.
In order adapt language it can be said that main purposes of learning to bes achieved such
as language, speech and communication need that have visual skills by fact of visual support that
is a effective way of supporting and understand, enhance an educational environment that are
help for promoting by learning and confidence. This is necessary for student to understand on the
basis of providing them visual content that help to providing them better clarity in order to use
picture, photographs, symbols, label equipment etc. for current activities (Chew, McEntarffer
and Landrum, 2018). In addition to this noise level considered minimizing the distractions in
order to keep student busy by providing them group activities.
On the other hand, due to different colours it is help to give consideration for facilitating
reading by conducting a visual test in class for determining the number of people and their
difficulties on the dashboards by scrolling down into different background on power point. By
getting positive result it is help to provide attractive content which is necessary for student in
order to more focus on web instruction that is necessary for developing the idea of learn new
things.

There are different ways which are help for sharing resources in order to focus on
learning professionals to catalogue, cloud, Moodle, emails, PDF, networking. On the basis of

organization point it can be said that there are different ways which help to share the resources
such as catalogue is the ways of sharing resource on the basis of sharing the necessary
informations with others with the help of relevant content and attractive pictures. Also, another
resource is to cloud storage which is very common for nowadays in an institutions teachers are
uses in the form of google classroom and other activities tool by which student can submit their
assignment also this is also helped for pandemic situation where exams are conducted online.
Further, it can be said that other tool is related to email by which regular content send to other
professional for taking permission and also helps for sharing information on regular basis
(Henriksen Creely and Mishra, 2021).
On the basis of networking it can be said this is important tool which helps for face
meetings and providing to other professional in order to improve their skills. Also, group
meeting are conducted on the basis of providing different type of activities. Then intranet is
related to the platform which is used by all the organizations in order to manage the assignment
bys providing tasks to student, and then they complete it according to given period. Moddle and

development. Although there were many challenges faced by teaching professional in order to

organization has been coming up with innovative ideas to make remote work happen without
affecting the productivity of company. Along with this, AI enhanced learning is constantly
evolving and there is higher expectation form the students when it comes to their training. Thus,
free learning experience need to be provide to them through making use of innovative tools
(Darling-Hammond and et.al., 2020). Moreover, there are options like Augmented reality and
simulation which has left mark on visual of world and it has greater impact as it allows student to
collaborate with their teacher. In field of education it has greater impact on education and it has
helped student to follow their aims and improve their learning process. Furthermore, adaptive
learning is a technology that provides learning activities to students based on their taste.
Adaptive learning helps students to adapt to unique learning paths that is based on their interest.
Employ resources for engaging students’ needs
It is very difficult to engage students due to lot of distraction and lack of their attention.
Although the aim of the educator is to increase the high level of engagement should be priority
as more the students are engaged the more it will learn and accomplish their goals. Moreover,
advantage of technology can be used for increasing the student engagement as technology in the
classroom allow student to gain dipper understanding. Smart class can be made use of as it will
grab the attention of students and they should be allowed to submit assignment as blogs it will
contribute in making them learn new things. Moreover, posting written assignment as blogs
allow student to showcase their work and help each other through posting comments as well as it
means to receive higher quality work (Diani and Syarlisjiswan, 2018). In addition to this,
Gamifying in the classroom will create competitive environment and make them learn gaming
mechanics as well as motivate them to work hard. Although teacher should create badges or
award and give them when completing certain task on time. Co- designing concept can be
introducing that will allow them to have direct impact on their favorite companies.

5.1 Effectiveness of resources
The making use of technology in the class is very effective as it allows the students to
engage with each other. Along with this, Smart class helps in enhancing learning experience as it
is interactive in nature such as it helps the teacher to engage with students through media and
explain each part of the lesson with some special effects and graphic presentation. It will also
facilities east communication with learners through texting and mobile notification. Smart class
are best ways to motivate students by providing them with digital reward (Diani and
Syarlisjiswan, 2018). It provides easy access to online resources as teacher can give practical
lecture and students can download or watch recorded videos to clear their doubts. Although
tools like Google Meet will help teacher to conduct classes and easily convers via videos as well
as google classroom can be used to watch the recorded video, distribute assignment and provide
feedback in the grading tool. Furthermore, students are habitual in writing notes in the class
room and due to that it required lot of time as well as it also divert their attention from learning.
In addition to this, with help of Smart class, notes and presentation can be shred directly to
students.
5.2 Strength
While developing the resources of learning I have analysis that my planning skill is good
as before setting objectives in conduct research related to needs of technology in learning
department. Along with this, I have also taken feedback from students in order to analyses that
how technology can be used for teaching them. Thus, all the research has helped me in
developing appropriate plan. In addition to this, I have also learned that my communication skill
is good I was able to clearly communicate my thoughts and ideas to the learners. During
developing the resources, I have also identified that my problem skill is also good as I have taken
advantage of technology and the way it can help in dealing with the challenges of pandemic in
the learning sector (MacLeod and et.al., 2018). Although making use of advance technology has
changed the perspective of learning and made it easy for learners to garb knowledge in
innovative manner. However, my innovative skill is goo which has helped me in coming with
innovative ideas so that challenges can be met. Moreover, I need to improve my concentration
skill as easily get distracted from various factor and task get delayed. Although I have made use
of both technological and traditional resources for studying and taking out good output. I was
good in making use of google meet tool and YouTube for learning my lessons.
