determines their actions in workplace. This also include how they manage themselves in the
organization. Management skills are those skills that help to make the business plan, decisions
making, solve problems, and various other things which are beneficial for the organization to
grow in the market.
This report discusses various models of leadership and management skills. It also
discusses the personal development plan which helps to improve the level of management and
leadership. It also discusses various transferable skills with the help of relevant theory.

important for him. According to the Kurt if a person wants a change in his career he
should first analyse what type of change is actually needed to succeed in the chosen
career. It have 3 steps unfreeze, change & refreeze. The skills required are adaptability,
communication, listening and various others (Galli, 2018).
