INTRODUCTION
Every organization focuses on developing teams for achieving its SMART goals and
objectives in the most effective manner. Teams are the important part of company in which
various individuals come together for getting better results. In this process, manager of company
lead their team to motivate them and provide better services for encouraging their motivation
which leads to improve the overall performance of team and organization as well (Ang and Van
Dyne, 2015). It is the main duty of organization to organize their workforce as a team in order to
improve overall productivity level of company. An effective team is made up by two or more
than two people who all work together for common goals. Present report is based on Tesco
which is a British multinational grocery company in the UK. They provide grocery products to
their customers in order to get their higher satisfaction. This report discussed about successful
business teams which helps in achieving given objectives. Importance of teams is also mentioned
in this project. Along with this, various stages of team development is also discussed here. At the
end, various ways of resolving conflicts between team members are discussed.
