Description: as a instructor in kew green limited it is very important for me to conduct effective

Feelings: while conducting the activities which is associated to the teaching and learning

2019).therefore in order to reduce the novices it is very important for me to develop and adopt to
the strategies that support me too to overcome my nervousness and conduct the activities in an

Evaluation: during conducting the activities of teaching and learning analysed at my capabilities
and my skills of Communications are effectively and help me to conduct the activities in an
appropriate manner. In addition to this it also support me to overcome the problems which are
facing by me while conducting the activities of teaching and learning.
Analysis: During the session I analyse that my confidence level is supporting me to develop and
build amended relationship with my learners and become capable to represent my opinion in
front of them.
Conclusion: throughout the whole performance analysed that I should enhance my capabilities
and skills so that I can represent myself in an appropriate manner in order to provide appropriate
information and things in a easy manner. This activity also supports me to improve my skills so
that I can achieve my goals and objectives in an appropriate manner.
Action Plan: it is very important for me to do several kinds of activities again and again so that I
can improve my knowledge and skills. This activity support me to analyse about the

enhance the skills of the teacher. It is very essential for the teacher to conduct these kind of
activities and considered the approaches of learning in order to enhance their capability to
provide appropriate information to the learner (Merriam and Baumgartner, 2020). Inclusive
teaching and learning activities are the concept which adverts to develop innovative and creative
surroundings so that the learner can fully participate in the activities and feel motivated. In
addition to this it is very essential for the individual to considered various kinds of approaches
that is associated to the learning and communication practices so that they can conduct and
enhance their skills in an appropriate manner.
