INTRODUCTION
Developing a teaching and learning programs for the individual is very important for
them and it is needed several kinds of elements in order to analyze and evaluating the
requirements of the learner. It also helps the individual to identify and analyze their capacity and
capability to work. This report is going to illustrate about the implementation of several theories
and approaches in context of behavior management of the individual. in addition to this report
also going to illustrate about the pedagogical principles and their applications which is associated
to the education and training activities (Aldowah, and Fauzy, 2019). Along with this report also
contain several kinds of measures which are adopted by the professional teacher so that they can
promote equality and the value of diversity in education and also support them to meeting the
requirement of the learners in context of education and training program.

education principles. The pedagogical concept refers to the examination of the science and art of
teaching and also about their approaches and philosophies in order to transmit the knowledge for
their learners (Bambrick-Santoyo, 2018). These kind of principal support the teacher to caters
that is associated very required for the individual in order to conduct the activities in an
appropriate manner. It is very important for the professional to conduct teaching activities
appropriately and examine the requirements and Desire of the learner which is associated to the
same. There are several applications of pedagogical principles which are mentioned below:
Integrative approach: Integrative approach is the concept which supports the learner to develop
appropriate learning surroundings that support them to connect themselves from the activities
and also concentrating on their learning activities in order to gain experience. By the logical

Theories of behaviour management.
Behaviour management is the theory which Edward to the procedure in which behaviour
of the individual is monitored by the someone full stop there are various kind of theory that are
formulated by the person in order to maintain and manage the behaviour of the employees
learner teacher leaders and many more in the workplace. In context of learning and education it
is very important for other teacher to manage and monitor the behaviour of their learner so that
they can easily and effectively perform their activities in the session. Therefore this theory
support the individual to manage the behaviour of the person and also managed several situation
full stop this theory is known as human relation theory. In addition to this there are various kinds
of theory which are developed by the Abraham Maslow, Douglas M Gregor Elton Mayo and
several. The Maslow's hierarchy theory is very effective theory in order to analyse the
requirement and behaviour of the individual which are mentioned below:
Maslow's theory of Need

This is the theory which is formulated by Abraham Maslow so that they can provide
several requirements of the human beings and inspired them to give in hands and developed
themselves in order to get opportunity (Capp, 2017). This theory states that individual has their
own capabilities satisfied someone and motivate someone else in order to get positive outcome.
According to the requirement of the person this theory supports the person and also supports
them in management of behaviour of the person. In addition to this theory is adopted by the
teacher in context of English level 1 so that they can cater appropriate learning and education to
their learners. The main purpose of the teacher in order to use this theory is motivation. There are
5 requirements of Maslow theory which are mentioned below:
Psychological needs: These are those kind of meats which are considered in basic requirement
of the person in provides for satisfying the basic requirements of the individuals like food, shelter
,drink, clothing, and many more. This is very essential for the individual for their survival and
from the investigation it has been examined that if these kinds of requirement are not satisfied of
any student then they will not be capable to learn anything in the section.
Safety requirements: These kind of requirement is focusing on the safety and protection of the
student and associated to the facilities like financial securities human securities living facilities
and several more. According to the max flow it is very important for the person to feel secure in
the classroom so that they can get several things in order give positive outcomes.
Belongingness and love requirements: This is the needs which are considered in belongingness
and love in the surrounding. This leaves state that it is very important for the person to feel
connected with the environment (Clarke, Michell and Ellis, 2017). Appropriate learning
environment for the student help them to make appropriate connections with the individual so
that they can feel more love and belong there.
Esteem requirements: These are the requirements which are associated to the achievements of
self dignity and repetition of the person because it is very essential for the person to motivate an
individual because it includes Prestige and reputation of the person. In learning English level 1 it
is very important for the teacher to appreciate their learners in front of their patients so that they
can feel appreciated and motivated in order to contribute and get several things so that they can
get more opportunities.

Self actualization requirements: According to the Maslow’s theory it is much requirement and
it is very important for the individual to focusing on their self actualization. This requirement
includes the amended requirements of the person so that they can achieve their objectives which
are set by the person in order to get opportunities and enhance their career.

In this Era it is very important for the teacher to use amended practices and use creative
and innovative approaches so that they can public interest of the learner. There are various kind
of Tools and techniques adopted by the teacher so that they can improve their teaching practices
in order to enhance the overall experience and performance of the student first stop there are
several innovative approach which are adopted by the teachers are mentioned below:
 Innovation and creative approaches help the individual to develop the skills of the
students in an appropriate manner. By adoption of new procedure the instructor can
educate their students in an inclusive way in order to expand new talent in the college.

2019).therefore in order to reduce the novices it is very important for me to develop and adopt to

front of them.
Conclusion: throughout the whole performance analysed that I should enhance my capabilities
and skills so that I can represent myself in an appropriate manner in order to provide appropriate
