The education plays the important role in shaping the society. The better learning system
brings effectiveness and growth of the country. The main object is to intervention of the planning
and implementation of new learning techniques to meet the specified needs. With the help of
creative methods of eduction the learners can have good practical and technical knowledge. The
process of teaching involves the subject matter like planning, implementation and evaluating the
eduction method to fine the best use of it (Smith, Paulus and Norton, 2017). Education helps the
people to make effective decision of their life and it helps as modifying the unique life style of
the people. In this project report it has been addressed to design the assessment which can help as
to meet the individual need of learners. The appropriate plan can be develop with the external
and internal analysis of the subject matter of the learning techniques. In addition to this the
teaching style should be develop in timely manner in order to create growth opportunities in the
society. This project is also inclusive of the innovative techniques of learning so hat it can help in
the effective manner to develop the learning of the student in the impressive manner.

2.Diversity- this term refer as there should be no kind of discrimination on the basis of the age,
caste, sex, religion and nationality. There are different students which come from different
backgrounds but discrimination should not be made.

Education helps as shaping the individual in the manner which promote growth to the
society. It is very helpful in order to enhance the learning skills of the individual. It helps in
promoting the additional learning in the fact that the learner need develop their ability to
maintain current skill and create new skill. Being the teacher of the business management I have
seen the difficulty in the learning process of the student (Smith and et.al., 2017). They take huge
time in regard to understand the subject matter of the topic. They don't clearly understands the
norms of the business. Too much chaos performance in the organisation leads to have negative
impact on the learners. This process should be done in the expert manner. The planning related to
the teaching skill should be made in the effective format which helps as to meet the objective of
the particular task. This points should be inclusive in the role of teaching are as-
Timely communicate with learners.
There should be equity in the work.
It helps to wider the experience of the learner.
Use appropriate teaching methods.
The resources as to suitable the learners need.
The term inclusive teaching and learning is only possible when these above term i.e. equality and
diversity are well defined or able to positively promoted. With the help this technique every
learner can have the high quality learning as per to their needs and circumstances in safe and
healthy environment.
