INTRODUCTION
The teaching is purposive process which is conducted for attaining specific purposes.
Teaching and learning process interact in such way where learners learn new knowledge,
behaviours and skills to work for goals which helps in enhancing learning experience. This is
considered as academic approach to learning which generally takes in classroom environment.
The learning is important for students as it is related to process of acquiring new understanding,
skills, knowledge and preferences for the increase of skills and abilities to make use in variety of
context. Whereas assessment in education & training is related to collection and bringing
information together regarding students’ needs which is systematic basis for developing
interferences regarding learning and development of students. In this feedback is created which
is used for improving performance of students (Abdullah, and Chong, 2019). For this report
business strategy is taken as area of specialism. The report will cover application of principles
and effective use of approaches in own area. It discusses initial and diagnostic assessments of
individual learner’s goals and learning preferences, scheme of work, teaching and learning plans
etc. Several theories are been discussed to meet requirements of assessment criteria along with
designing resources to ensure inclusiveness. Further, in report core skills are analyses for
ensuring effective teaching and learning and taking use of models & theories of reflection of own
practice in planning, delivering & assessing inclusive teaching & learning.
TASK 1
1.1 Application of pedagogical principles specialism area
The pedagogy is approach of teaching which is used by teachers depending on the needs
of learners. The approach is applicable on subject of business strategy where learner plays
critical role in learning process. The teacher has to focus on using appropriate pedagogical
principles which helps in teaching students in effective manner. Being teacher of business
strategy it is crucial for me to execute all pedagogical roles in effectual way while teaching such
as responding, reaching, encouraging, organising, assessing etc. The subject of business strategy
is important for students which provides both knowledge of practical and theoretical (Afdal, and
Afdal, 2019). In area of specialism it is essential for me to centre on using latest pedagogical
technologies for effective teaching. The teacher of business strategy must focus on using
technologies such as power point while delivering and providing lectures that helps in explaining

concepts in effective manner. The audit related to business strategy is also conducted by teacher
which helps students to gain practical knowledge. Being teacher of business strategy I have
given assessments to students like quiz or report preparation that will assist learners in
understanding conception in detail to gain better knowledge. I will encourage collaboration and
interaction between learners so that they can work together towards understanding subject and
information can be exchanged.
1.2 Effectiveness of creative and innovative approaches specialism area
It becomes important for teacher to focus on creative and innovative approaches when
knowledge to students is delivered in teaching that motivates learners to receive better
knowledge regarding subject area. Being teacher of business strategy as area of specialism I have
to focus on providing effective knowledge to students in terms of practical and theoretical by
taking use of multiple innovative approaches of teaching (Atkins, and Tummons, 2017). The use
of innovative approaches by me in teaching leads to positive influence on learners which helps in
their learning to learn concepts related to business strategy in effective manner. The teacher will
require to form discussion groups so that students can understand concepts deeply and teacher
will assign assignments which require students to work on discussion groups. In classroom there
will be presentation which will allow learners to improve their communication skills so as to
make them confident in public speaking. The teacher in classroom will take use of technologies
such as computers, videoconferencing and film that will enhance students learning experiences.
The teacher will organise to ask open-ended questions as students will answer and there will
various point of view which leads to strong collaboration, new ideas, exciting conversions and
leadership skills are encouraged. This practice will help students in realizing their potential.

2.1 Initial and diagnostic assessments to agree learners’ individual goals and learning preferences
In education institution there are several types of assessments which take place to provide
helpful knowledge and information regarding subject area. The assessment is consider as best
way in checking students capability and strength by providing them relevant feedbacks on them.
The initial assessment is defined as procedure of identifying individual learning and supporting
needs which enables in designing of individual learning plan that offers learning structure. This
is holistic process which helps in developing learners achievements, skills, interest and learning

needs associated with those goals. Whereas as diagnostic assessment refers to procedure of
using multiple measures and reports in order to identify strength and need of students in specific
skill area so that teachers can provide instruction to address learning needs. The teacher take use
of this data for creating realistic roadmap to address gaps of knowledge (Barber, and et.al.,
2020). In the beginning of learning program, I focus on initial assessment of students in order to
learn different needs of students learning. I interacted well with students for initial assessment
and conducted some general classroom activities that help me understanding and to get view on
students learning needs. In classroom I ask several different questions to conduct diagnostic
assessment to diagnostic students difficulties, guiding lesson & curriculum planning. The use of
diagnostic assessment set learning targets, aims to achieve & developing teaching methods. This
is related to extension of information that is derived from initial assessments.
2.2 Scheme of work related to needs of learners, delivery model, internal and external
requirements
The student development is important concern in field of education and training for every
teacher for best outcome. For teachers it is important to communicate performance and activities
which is carried from initial development stages. To meet the needs of learners it is important for
teacher plan activities related to daily classroom lectures, developing talents by giving
appreciation and opportunities (Beetham, and Sharpe, 2019). To perform well role in teaching it
is important to meet learners needs so that goals can be attain which leads to growth and
development of students. The student morale is boost by identifying and meeting individual
learners needs. The delivery mode in teaching is way in which training instructions are delivered
for supporting and enables learning process. It is format in which course is delivered such as
face-to face-learning in which all teaching and learning occurs face-to-face within classroom that
leads to communication and collaboration between teachers and students. Wholly online is
delivery mode which have no face-to-face contact with teachers or students. This involves
communication, resources and assessment in delivery of learning and teaching activities which
all occurs online. Being teacher of business strategy, I am concerned regarding learners needs to
satisfy them I take use of multiple and different delivery model which helps all students in
learning. Along with this I have focus on arranging resources that satisfy internal & external
learning needs of students (Bond, and et.al., 2019).

2.3 Teaching and learning plans by taking account of-
Individual goals, needs and learning preferences for all learners
It is important for me to interpret requirements of curriculum and individual learners
needs. If student requires any extra support it is important to known by me as there are several
students with special needs which needs to be taken in account to make their work at full
potential. If any student is having any problem such as hearing or sight impaired then I will take
into account devising teaching and learning plan. In order to address students needs I will
provide variety of learning opportunities to students such as diversified resources instead of
focusing on textbooks (Brill, and et.al., 2018). Different modes of assessment I will adopt
involving learning styles, available resources, learners desired outcomes in order to determine
strength and weakness of students. Through analysing these areas, I will be able to gain better
ideas of individual learning needs which supports me in making appropriate curriculum, learning
and teaching strategies for students.
Curriculum requirements
The lesson plan helps in meeting curriculum requirements for group along with
individual learners. In learning process all learners are engage during first 35 minutes which is
practically exercised by students in 35 minutes. Provision of notes, references, graphical and
PowerPoint presentations and any special aid, if needed, give this lesson plan a completion. In
preparing lesson plan for curriculum there is need to identify learning objectives, planning
specific learning activities, creating realistic timeline and planning for lesson closure
(Butterworth, Christensenand, Flippo, 2017).
2.4 Opportunities for learners & others to provide feedback to inform inclusive practice
It becomes important to acquire feedback from pupil as their view can be acknowledge
during teaching process. The teacher can implement changes easily based on students feedbacks
and different needs of people are access. The learners and teachers are given feedback regarding
their profession which needs to be looked into & work on each lesson (Dinh, and Nguyen, 2020).
To ensure best practice is maintain feedback is vital that helps learners to achieve their full
potential. The teachers in field of business strategy can device new methods of making learning
more interactive as to promote friendly learning environment. It is vital to teach students
regarding importance of there opinion as to create opportunity to give feedback. In collaborative

and assessment
Learning is continuous process where teacher should have focusing on learning new
things and developing of skills & knowledge that helps in being effective at inclusive teaching &
learning. While planning for the inclusive teaching and learning it is crucial for teacher to take
use cognitive and behaviourism learning theory. The cognitive theory is characterized by focus
on idea what people thinks whereas behaviourism focuses on ideas that all behaviours are
learned through interaction with environment. Assessment leads to development of curriculum
and satisfaction of learners needs & wants. The use of initial and diagnostic assessment gives me
holistic approach which helps in acquiring learners prior knowledge in course (Elek, and Page,
2019). The initial assessment helps in improving proficiency of new course of study whereas
diagnostic assessment is interpreted to furnish lecture knowing of levels at which students will be
Working. In accordance to learning needs I focus on learning needs of group as well as
individual learner in order to adapt lesson. The lesson are deliver through VAK ( visual, auditory
and kinesthetic learning styles). The communication takes place verbally and non-verbally to
provide effective learning to learners. In verbal communication I take use of video, voice and
motivational languages. In non-verbal there is use of body language in communicating through
vital experiences, use of emotions such as anger, happiness in conveying ideas or messages.

3.1 Theories of behaviour management
This is about of guiding students behaviour towards suitable way of behaving. It is
process of supporting learners to make positive choices which is conducive to learning. It ids
ongoing and complex process. For teachers it is important to manage behaviour of students for
their betterment. Being teacher of business strategy, it becomes essential for me to focus on

applying theories of behaviour management in order to manage students behaviour in effective
manner which are as follows-
ï‚· Behaviourism theory- This theory is develop by B.F. Skinner which helps teachers in
development of positive behaviour to pupil in classroom. In accordance to this theory, the
teacher must take use of rewards for positive behaviour of learners and punishments for
negative behaviour of learners (Esmond, and Wood, 2017). With this I will also focus on
creating democratic classroom to have positiver impact on students behaviour. While
using behaviour management theory, it is important for me top understand learners nature
so that better outcomes can be received.
ï‚· Assertive discipline- This theory was develop by Lee and Marlene Canter which states
that teachers needs to proactive in asserting students rights to learn through setting clear
rules & guidelines & clear punishments is stated for students who are not adhere to rules.
This assumes that teachers are leaders of classroom which use punishments to bring
control to the classroom. The teacher must sue firm voice and constant eye contact.
3.2 Establishing and sustaining safe, inclusive learning environment
In School inclusion is regrading of offering further support with needs of educational. It
ensures that every student have equal access to learning and opportunities to achieve. To create
an inclusive learning environment there are several tactics which is considered by teachers as
students in school comes from diverse backgrounds and varying competency level. The students
are allow to engage with content in mixture of formats such as websites videos, books,
magazines and periodicals provide the student way to progress through such materials. The
choice of assessment represent as an chance for educatee to display apprehension in several ways
such as presentations, oral exams etc. I have focus on students what they know that I will show
in my grade book (Gaybullaevna, and Jonpulatovna, 2021). I ensures that students are prepare
for exams which increases the probability of initial success to build confidence & purpose. To
create safe & sustain inclusive learning environment teacher can define minimum standards for
behaviour, creating opportunities to listen all children, developing clam and purposeful learning
environment. I have prepare the teaching plan by focusing on learners needs so that everyone can
have better knowledge.

3.3 Creating & maintaining a safe, inclusive teaching & learning environment
To create effective learning environment is important for the teachers which offers better
learning to students and motivates them to learn by understanding all new conception in
efficacious manner. The safe environment needs to be offered to students & having positive
environment which helps students in leading positive attitude towards learning & positive
behaviour within classroom. The extrinsic motivation is important for students being teacher it is
required to motivate students in order to carry active participation in activities of learning. In
class of business strategy, I have focus on using behaviour theory and develop criteria for
providing rewards to students for positive behaviour and actions in classroom (Goos, and et.al.,
2020). The change in behaviour is result of individual response which occurs in environment.
The conception of punishment is applied by me when student is behaves in undesirable manner
as to restrict from doing next time. For such behaviour theories is used by me in order to create
effective, safe and inclusive classroom so that all students can attain learning goals in effective
manner.

4.1 Resources actively promoting equality and value diversity
The equal opportunities offered to everyone and protecting people from being
discriminated refers to term equality. Whereas diversity defines to recognising and respecting
differences in people. In order to promote better equality in class being teacher of business
strategy I have focus on planning some of lessons which are based on conception of teaching
students in respect to equality and respecting diversity in the classroom. Within the same, I have
al0os take use of behaviour management theory for developing positive attitude towards
diversity among students. I n field of business strategy it is important for me to maintain equality
in diverse learners group fir which several practices is taken during my class session that helped
in promoting equality and values diversity (Haydn, and Stephen, 2021). By keeping in view
elements of diversity and multiculturalism I make learners group in which I ensure that their
interaction & communication end up in feeling of more confidence and pride in identities. I
allows students to share their experiences, & events as to make all learners to understand the
importance of diverse cultures. It also ensure by me that students read research papers developed
by authors from different backgrounds and making learners to read & discuss among the group

4.2 Flexibility and adaptability in the use of inclusive teaching and learning approaches
In my inclusive teaching learning process, the aim to impart maximum knowledge to my
learners by making possible efforts while engaging all learners in learning process. In my
pedagogy I have to make adaptations through flexibility and adaptability techniques in
accordance to learners needs. In teacher driven techniques I introduce adaptabilities &
flexibilities in which I keep my voice & message clear as to make comprehendible for all
learners. To make learners satisfied I write down on white board essential points to make the
learning process effective. The teacher in inclusive teaching and learning take use of interactive
dashboard, recaps of lecture, audio & visual presentation of my lesson. With this teacher also
take use of charts, graphical & pictorial presentation for my lecture (Joda, Gallucci, Wismeijer,
and Zitzmann, 2019). The use of ICT, power points, projector assists my learners in better
understanding of conception. To have the effective group discussion session in institution I will
make proper sitting arrangements for learners group that will help student in developing
harmony & cooperation among group. The teacher in field of business strategy will assign small
level projects & plans in which they are supposed to make effective decisions in relation to
economy. In this way it will help in gaining more confidence and practical knowledge of subject.
To make the learning program more flexible & adaptable teachers also focus on using multiple

students that how to respect and value diversity. By having diverse group of learners it is huge
responsibility of teacher to maintain harmony & equality among learners while delivery lesson.
For this purpose, teacher is required to interact with students from multicultural backgrounds &
taking informal interviews in respect to backgrounds (Knapper, and Cropley, 2021). This gives
me knowledge regarding the learning levels that helps in devising class decorum & planning
strategies which bring equality among the learners. The one to one interaction with multicultural
learners benefits in exploring religions, cultures and races that helps me in enhancing my own

In the teaching and learning communication is important for conveying information
which leads to encouragement of attitudes, & stimulates thinking. This leads to make learning
easier and helping students in achieving goals, increases opportunities for learning expansion
along with this relationship with student and teacher is strengthen. To have better communication
with learners teacher conducts team games and activities that allows to communicate in effective
way with learners and other learning professionals. The conducting of meeting on fixed duration
helps in communicating so that there can be effective discussion on meeting individual needs of
learners. Comfort zone is provided by teachers to their learners so that they may communicate
with teachers in respect to learning issues (Loughran, and Menter, 2019). During my teaching
session in last 10 minutes I give time to learners for asking questions in which I am responsible
to respond queries of learners one by one and trying to remove any complications in learning
process. With this I also devote time in solving problems of learners outside class. For which I
have provided learner my contact details, email address where they can ask their problems
whenever facing learning problem. In such way this benefits me in resolving educational,
psychological, and emotional issues of students that helps to move ahead in learning process
with more confidence and prestige.
4.5 Inclusive teaching and learning of theories, principles and models of learning and
communication
Teaching is not considered as easy task being teacher it is required to gather better
knowledge and development of skills that helps me to be an effective teacher in my future as

respect to subject. I also take use of different resources such as books, study materials,
