INTRODUCTION
The report aims to analyses various teaching practices and the key qualification required for a
teacher. Teaching involves necessary factors is like providing knowledge enhancing skills and
giving trainings to the students. A teacher performs all the roles in respect of a leader influencer
and a motivator to contribute in students’ career development (Huang, and Chen, 2020).
Teaching practices require proper management and structure in order to use resources in an
efficient manner. Teaching also a part of career which consist many Rules and responsibilities by
being a teacher full stop this report is going to talk about various ends and objectives which
needs to be taken into consideration by a business management teacher. There will be
demonstration of philosophical issues structure of teaching practices of Technology resources
and curriculum design will be discussed. Apart from this, they will be self assessment on
planning and delivering learning program for inclusive practices within the Institution.

TASK A
Important aims of education and training in own specialist area
Teaching is a great profession which include various activities and process in order to
provide knowledge and skills to the students. A teacher is liable to put ideas, generate values and
bring creativity and innovation in the minds of student. The main aim of education and training
is to develop potential within the students and provide them effective learning environment. The
teacher aims to design curriculum practices by ensuring student knowledge and skills to provide
further education (Dziubaniuk, and Nyholm, 202). It will help them to see better opportunities
and Complex situation in academic level. The aim of education is to improve learning methods
make lesson plans provide feedbacks and identify learners issues to solve at initial stages. In own
area of specialisation which is business management, the aim of my education and training is to
makes student aware about various rules of Management and its importance providing practical
case studies and brainstorming.

1.2 Analyze various philosophical issues for own education and training activities.
There are various philosophical issues which occur in education and training within business
management area. These issues might impact on the learning environment of student and the
Teachers could not put many efforts to maintain them well. In Business and Management, there
are various practices and topics that student needs to cover so it can be an issue of concerning
aim for proper guidance of education. The student might feel improper evaluation of educational
efforts and practices (Johnson, 2021. Akhtar, and Hussain, 2019). These are the basic
philosophical issues that may arise in education and training of business management. Apart
from this, the issue of ethics and politics may arise in the learning environment which offers
various questions in life. These are might be long term and short term issues that can be observe
during the learning practices which involved inequality comma educational process and
unfavourable environment.
2.1 Specify the aims and structure for qualification in own specialist area
In the teaching profession proper aims and structure are required for providing learning in
own area of specialism. In the field of business management, a teacher must have Bachelors
Degree in order to get education certificate and specialised position in an educational institution.
Apart from this the teacher must have experience in education sector for teaching and managing
students for a particular subject. These are the key structure and qualifications which a within a
teacher and also require appropriate skills to manage student behaviour promote positive
environment and learning. These qualifications will enable teaching in a decent and valuable
manner. When teachers have necessary certificate and degrees they could get specialise position
and can easily makes student learn. For the business and Management, degrees and experience
plays and important role for seeking job opportunities in universities as a lecturer. Qualification
matters allot as it includes quality of knowledge which a teacher supposed to provide to the
students for making better future.
2.2 Explain the aims and structure of learning programmes in own specialist area
Learning programmes are a part of educational activities which creates many activities
and tasks for the student. The learning program must be structure well so that all the students can
utilise it effectively. The meaning of this learning program is to enhance topic related knowledge
and other key skilful activities which are necessary for their growth and development. These

learning practices include curriculum performance recreational activities and seminars on
workshops in which the students will get to learn through experts and evaluate their behaviour
and performance towards learning (Aggarwal, and Wu, 2020). When learning program take
place a teacher find an easy way make students learn quickly and interestingly. It enables their
attention towards learning programs which involve curious and interesting activities such as
playing role plays quizzes and challenges. In own area of business management, I mainly
conduct learning program through case studies which brainstorm their thinking and find practical
solutions of the problem. It enhances their capability to solve business issues and analyse results
in a positive and negative manual.
2.3 Describe about own approach to planning and preparation of learning programme.
Learning programs has its vital importance in education and training. There are various
approaches of learning program which can be utilising to create it better. These programs depend
on the subject areas and students interest. Getting prepared with plans and lessons are always
effective to reduce wastage of time and efforts. There are different learning style of students in
which they learn better so that in Business and Management, I mainly use learning approaches
like an emotional and behaviour regulation, cognitive development and initiate and curiosity.
These approaches are useful enable engagement of learners by showing curiosity in the learning
criteria. Also self regulation activities are become important to make them analyse their own
behaviour. The approach of emotional and behaviour regulation, the students are able to learn
values and attitude while learning with the other students as well. They tend to make cooperation
and coordination within classroom environment (Cheng, and Liu, 2020). I first plan the whole
program and set its objective clearly in order to avoid any confusion and delays later on. In
preparing for programs I always consider the values and believe of every student to promote
equality and diversity and fair learning environment. This approach makes me able to engage all
the learners and make an interactive session that achieves program goals.
3.1 Find out the inclusiveness of own approach in planning and preparing for learning
programme.
Inclusivity refers to creating a fair and equal working in mind for all the students learning
for the same motive. Each and every student is likely to get same opportunities and attention at
the academic platform. Also, the inclusivity shows a teacher needs to provide all the knowledge

from basic to a professional so that no areas would be left out from their knowledge. It is
required to first analyse the knowledge and information of student and further make plans to
bring improvement or learning from a new stage (Farashahi, and Tajeddin, 2018). Therefore in
Planning and delivering for learning program, my approach for business management is to
provide all the basic knowledge from showing definition of Management and its functions. This
will helps in improving their ideas on management and its practices so that they could easily
applied to the further learning activities. I believe in maintaining an equal workplace
environment as I give proper attention to all the students and special to the disable ones. As these
children require more focus to meet with their learning needs.
3.2 explain impact of own approach to learning programme in terms of curriculum issues, and
digital technologies in own area.
My own approach of learning program is maintaining behaviour and equality into the
learning environment has most impact on curriculum and using teaching resources. The learning
program required teaching aids and digital technology to support learning needs of each
individual. In order to provide basic knowledge and create opportunities for all, it requires digital
technology is like internet presentation software and online projects. It also create curriculum
issues as all the learners have different point of view and values towards learning so that the
curriculum must be design in such a manner that would be feasible for all (Evans, 2021). The use
of digital technology is growing day by day in educational platform. In providing education and
necessary information I use room meeting and moodle in order to share any project details for
student assistance. It becomes easy to guide directly and avoid confusions from learning
program. These approaches are helpful in achieving objectives.
4.1 Analyse ways in which new and emerging technologies, meet the individual needs learners.
The new and emerging technology is like digital platforms and software are helpful in
meeting with learner needs. Many students are not local resident and they have to come from the
front country or cities to take the education in the university. It become difficult to manage cost
and regular up down and expenses which impact on their education. Therefore these online
platforms provide easy access to internet in enable quick communication. It helps in giving
instructions providing lectures and support student in any need and anytime. Digital technology
like good and model are effectively engaging student towards learning by playing games and

case solving case studies through an online platform. The disable children who face learning
problems can easily take help of the internet and digital services to learn at their most comfort
zone.
4.2 Analyse the inclusiveness of own use of teaching and learning resources in a specialist area.
The own use of teaching in learning resources is much effective to create inclusive
environment for the students. In Business and Management the students require convenient
facilities and online teaching classes in order to learn from any area (Okoli, Arroteia, and Barish,
2019). Also the Digital in technology is like software moodle and Koohot would provide storage
services in which they save their lectures for further assistance. It helps them to revise the topic
whenever they get stuck that promote inclusivity and better knowledge.

5.1 liaise with others within a specialist area to develop own practice
It is also an effective practice in teaching an education. There are much wider
departments in educational institution which require many experts and external guidance to carry
out teaching practices. Liaise with others has an effective potential for undertaking new concept
and philosophies of Business and Management to develop on practice. Being a teacher taking
support from others is necessary in order to better understand students and then needs as well.
These liaise could be internal and external who provide assistant in teaching practice whenever I
got stuck. In Business and Management, I discuss with liaison before designing curriculum and
conducting learning programs for the students. It helps me to in knowledge about past experience
and then put new ideas into practice so that it will be successful for the learners in Business and
Management.
5.2 What are the impact of liaison with other teachers within own specialist area
Liaison with other teachers is important in education and training within Business and
Management. As there are many changes and new provision take place in Business Corporation
so that, it must be updated in the lecture series and curriculum design. So it impact positively in
own practice to get in touch with licence for carry out on teaching practices without any mistakes
and issues. This shows that the licence with other teachers is impactful in Business and

Management practices. It will seek better opportunities by the students as they get to know
further knowledge and opportunities through experts and experience personalities.

6.1 Review the effectiveness of own knowledge and skills in a specialist area
A teacher must have appropriate skills and knowledge before transferring it to the
learners. Teachers are the true inspiration and motivating personalities for the students to make
them engage in developing better future for their own self. Therefore, I should require
knowledge and skills in Business and Management to deliver it for dealer learners. There are
many skills which I posses that make my teaching strong that are communication time
management and influencing skills. These help me to interact with learners and analyse their
issues towards subject area. Also I can influence them towards taking part in new activities to
boost technology and experience which make them influence and motivated throughout the
session. Therefore these skills are effective for own performance in order to provide learning
activities to the students. The Other skills like time management and problem solving are also a
great part of my business activities which help me to give quizzes and case studies that are
helpful for increasing cognitive thinking of students. It shows that, having own skills and
knowledge is essential as being a teacher to become confident and versatile in teaching others.
Without these skills, I will not be able to treat and teach in an effective manner and identify
learners’ needs to put concentration on. In order to teach students, it is better to have knowledge
in the required filed to avoid delivering wrong information.
6.2 identify own strengths and areas for improvement to work in specialist area.
By being a teacher of business management, it is necessary to analyse own strength in
teaching field in order to treat it as a opportunity for own career development. Also the week
areas must be analysed so that the improvement can be made on an on. Every individual has
some great skills and some weak areas which needs to be find out for achieving better goals
within our Limited period of time (Sholihin, Sari, Yuniarti, and Ilyana, 2020). My strength
teacher of Business and Management is that I can give best examples which are understood by
students easily to learn the topic. I am also good in communication skills which help me to make

interactive session during learning business activities and emphasis on those kills which an
entrepreneur process. By undertaking these skills I can easily promote great working
environment in my classroom which helps the learner to actively and interestingly participate
during the lectures. One of my strength is that I could solve learner’s issues by taking regular
feedback on student portals or conducting doubt classes. All these are my best skills which helps
me to achieve my teaching position to a professional level. Apart from this to have some week
areas which require for the improvement such as managing time is a crucial activity in teaching
as well. I find that due to focusing more on maintaining classroom environment I could not be
able to complete the syllabus within proper time which would be a negative aspect for me
towards my own practice. As the curriculum for business and management is quite lengthy
which require appropriate time and strategy to cover all the topics? I am going to improve this
fill through making proper schedule and curriculum and follow it on kindly basis so that not
topic will be miss out and they will be proper time for taking doubt sessions.
6.3 find out opportunities to improve and update own knowledge and skills in a specialist area.
In Business and Management, there are various opportunities and knowledge and skills
which I can possess during my teaching experience. I have opportunity to get Masters done and
take professionalism degree in teaching Business and Management practices. I can update my
knowledge over various business aspects so that I could simply put more real life examples in
my teaching that will be effective to make students learn. These are there opportunities which
make my own career development in Business and Management so that I can make my career
with renowned University.
CONCLUSION
The report has concluded that teaching is an effective and continuous profession which
enable transferring of knowledge and skills to make them grow and learn. It includes various
aims and qualifications for the teacher itself to be updated about what they are teaching in
respective topic. Their food the key qualification required for Business and Management is
having bachelors and master’s degree and an overall experience in teaching field. Also the report
has find out various key rules and opportunities that is required in teaching practices. Therefore

the conclusion derived from the above report is that teaching is a wider field which can be better
with effective aims and structure.
