The report aims to analyses various teaching practices and the key qualification required for a
teacher. Teaching involves necessary factors is like providing knowledge enhancing skills and
giving trainings to the students. A teacher performs all the roles in respect of a leader influencer

efficient manner. Teaching also a part of career which consist many Rules and responsibilities by
being a teacher full stop this report is going to talk about various ends and objectives which
needs to be taken into consideration by a business management teacher. There will be
demonstration of philosophical issues structure of teaching practices of Technology resources
and curriculum design will be discussed. Apart from this, they will be self assessment on
planning and delivering learning program for inclusive practices within the Institution.

areas which require for the improvement such as managing time is a crucial activity in teaching
as well. I find that due to focusing more on maintaining classroom environment I could not be
able to complete the syllabus within proper time which would be a negative aspect for me

which require appropriate time and strategy to cover all the topics? I am going to improve this
fill through making proper schedule and curriculum and follow it on kindly basis so that not

which I can possess during my teaching experience. I have opportunity to get Masters done and
take professionalism degree in teaching Business and Management practices. I can update my
knowledge over various business aspects so that I could simply put more real life examples in
my teaching that will be effective to make students learn. These are there opportunities which
make my own career development in Business and Management so that I can make my career
with renowned University.

as well. I find that due to focusing more on maintaining classroom environment I could not be
able to complete the syllabus within proper time which would be a negative aspect for me
towards my own practice. As the curriculum for business and management is quite lengthy
which require appropriate time and strategy to cover all the topics? I am going to improve this
fill through making proper schedule and curriculum and follow it on kindly basis so that not
topic will be miss out and they will be proper time for taking doubt sessions.
