learning and teaching
The purpose of resources in learning and teaching is important as it include the proper resources
which ca help in identify and explain better of learning and teaching to the students which can help
the students in learning better in the FE collage. It is very important for the college to provide the
best resources to the student and teachers so that teachers can used the technologies and tools to
explain the best of the English literature. It is important in learning also for the teacher and the
student as well as it help in making the best use of learning and explaining the better to the student
which help the student in making the best of learning.
The teacher is explaining the English Literature in the FE college and it is very important for them
to make the best use of resources so the teacher can understand better and provide the best of the
learning to their student (Choppin and et.al., 2018).

There are different ways of the models of curriculum development and design. Curriculum planning involves the implementation
of the different type of strategies and organization methods that are forced on achieving optimal student development and student
learning outcomes.
Curriculum design refer to the deliberate organization of the curriculum, which help in identification of what will be done, who
will do it and when. It also explains the objectives of each courses. The curriculum design contains all the knowledge and skills that
a student and teacher need to master in. the teacher ensure that they’ve covered all the necessary requirements. From there, they can
start exploring various approaches and teaching methods that can help them achieve their goals.
There is different type of design: -
Subject-centered curriculum design: it is not for the individual learning and more of the group learning, it is used to motivate
the student and engaged them in working and learning more.
Learner-centered curriculum design: it revolves around the needs, interest and goals of the student and is very crucial in the
learning process. This approach aims to empower learners to shape their education through choices.
Problem-centered curriculum design: this help the student in understanding how to face situations and how to deal with all the
process of working when a student s in trouble.

Ways in which resources can be classified
and stored
There are different ways of storing the resources and it include the resourcing of
tangible and intangible resources (Jabbarova, 2020). Both need a proper storage and for
that the college have different plans and strategies which they are using in developing
the best of the techniques to use it in best ways. The physical resources need to be
storage in the ware houses and other places in the college and the digital resources need
to be stored in the cloud and computing so that the lecturer can utilise them, any time
and use to explain the proper ways in dealing the process in the best ways.
