INTRODUCTION
Developing team members is one of the prime role of manager either they are new or
experienced. It is important because HR professional are responsible for taking out the
company's task in order to gain company's objectives and goals. In addition, HR plays significant
role in the organization's success such as they conduct training and development program,
strategy formation, motivation etc. There are various benefits of employees development such as
company's enables to gain it's all projected goals and objectives within time frame (Stanton and
et.al., 2017). In addition, it improves commitment ability of organization in the business market
through which it establishes good brand image in customer's mind. Human resource is the main
approach that undertakes by all organization in order to manage people effectively because they
perform key roles and responsibilities such as planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling
which helps to maintain overall business activities in company. To understand role of team
development in the company has an example of Travelodge Hotel Limited, It is a private
company that operates in the hotel and hospitality industry which is headquartered in Thame,
England, UK. It offers Hotel as product to the customer across United State. In this hotel around
11000 people offers it's services to the customer. In this report will determine appropriate and
professional knowledge, skills and behaviours that are acquired by HR professionals.

I am very poor in adopting technological changes such as using software related to it and
it decreases capacity of work which can impact on my future growth (Iorhen, 2019).
Online recruitment and selection are rarely use by me for hiring employees and hence
large number of diverse workforce cannot be recruited because of it.
Problem solving skills of mine are very poor and hence not able take decision on right
